It's for WWE Brawl. It was supposed to have come out I think in 2012 and it was gonna be like Smash Bros: WWE Edition and rumor has it they had a cartoon and toy line planned around it as well. I'm pretty sure there's footage of the game if you look hard enough.

I was really hoping this game would have come out. Looked fun. The designs remind me of Fist of the North Star, particularly with Big Show and Rey.

I think this game looked like a great deal of fun. Was it ever confirmed what type of game it was going to be? AS far as I knew it was going to have game play of All Stars, but set in arenas kind of like the Power Stone games.
