Has anyone ever bought one? Are they worth it? Was your experience through it positive or should I get everything individually?

I bought one for WM28 & then booked everything separately for WM30. I saved more money booking separately. But if you don't want to commit the time to doing the research, I don't regret getting a package.

It was a bit more convenient to purchase the travel package for Wrestlemania 30 then buying everything separately for WM 28. It was about $200 more to get the travel package than individually buying mania tickets, axxess, hof and hotel. I was a bit anxious about not knowing exactly where my seats would be located. And you do have to commit to the axxess sessions before knowing which superstars will be in attendance.
I would probably only recommend it if you can afford the more expensive packages. It seems like those provide the more memorable experience. I was satisfied with the Gold Package but I probably could've enjoyed the weekend just the same with buying everything separately. And I would had extra cash to buy a few more Hurricanes and pralines.
I wonder where the hotels for the WM 31 packages will be located. As a tourist, you'd probably want to stay in San Francisco but Santa Clara will be more convenient for the mania activities. We needed to rent a car for WM 28 because we stayed in Ft. Lauderdale. I liked that we could walk or take public transportation to all the events in New Orleans.
Luckily, I'm in California so I'll be crashing at my parent's for 31. Ma! The meatloaf!!

Did it for 30 and it was absolutely the best idea for our group. We only live about an hour from New Orleans, but as far as getting a hotel that is right smack dab in the middle and then having everything taken care of, it really is a great plan. They even included 50 dollar gift cards each to spend at Pat Os, which is a place on Bourbon Street that has good food and drinks, along with entertainment. SInce there were four of us going, it just made it easier to do it this way.

I did the math out when the packages came out, and it was a lot cheaper to get everything separately. It was a bit more inconvenient, but definitely cheaper.
