I'd love Natural Disasters to come with the belts, or Money Inc. as we definitely need an elite M$M, and IRS is a huge want on my list.
You'd think with him working there, along with both of his sons he'd be out by now or at least in the works. Probably in the minority here, but I'd also like Virgil to round off the stable since we have Andre already

I would really like the belts to be rereleased as well. The cheapest I have seen ONE, just one, go for is $25. I just can't bring myself to paying that much just for one.

I mean seriously. I am sure I'm not the only one who desperately needs a set of these. And with Mattel just shooting down rumors of E30 LOD having them I mean I just can't even right now. Then I go on eBay and see that the cheapest option is paying 40 ING DOLLARS PER BELT You know maybe some of us didn't grow up in the 80s and wanted Arn and Tully when they were online exclusives These belts haven't even SEEN retail yet. Why is Mattel ignoring the demand for these belts? Why haven't we seen them in 30+ elite lines? Do they NOT want more money? This really stinks. From what I've gathered just from seeing and hearing and reading dif Mattel interviews I feel they dont make many old era toys because there main focus is current product. This is the reasoning to why we get so many Cena's. Mattel wants to make toys of things currently being watched by children. I guess Mattel feels that children buy more toys than adult collectors. Speaking for myself. When I was a kid figures cost from 5 to 7 dollars and my parents bought me many figures but not every time I wanted ones. Now though figures cost more than twice and I buy myself figures every time I want one. I know I've easily bought 20 to one as far as figure count goes. That's 20 figures as an adult compared to every 1 my parents bought me. Taking that into consideration and also taking into consideration the fact that some people have much larger collections than myself, I would think the adult collector spends more on figures.

I just want the tag belts. Raw and Smackdown and the older set. I also want a Rated R spinner belt.

I hate to sound like a prick but I have two sets bc I knew this was going to happen with them. One set is on Ax & Smash and Tully & Arn are warming the other set until E30 Hawk & Animal arrive at my doorstep

Even in the highest collected lines the collector doesn't make up much of the sales. It's sheer volume. That's how random buys, kids and parents are a higher percentage. I've seen companies try to say collectors only make up 1-2% of sales. That I don't believe but I can believe collectors making up 5%.

I have Arn, and no Tully...unbelievable trying to find Tully for a decent price... It's almost got to the point where you can't even find Tully period, let alone for a decent price.

The problem with that theory is the kids outnumber the adult collectors by a LARGE margain.

Virgil and IRS were never on the same side, were they? Except in WCW I guess.

@none41 I've heard that theory a million times. It might just be where I live but I've NEVER seen ANY flashbacks in retail and I have about 7 stores I circulate. The flashbacks are ALWAYS the first to go then the rest of the current guys peg warm for months on end

I just gave in and bought 2 Arns from RSC. One's a camera man in my collection, and the extra was sold to someone who would use it. Now the classic tag belts look better than ever on E&C

Why couldn't more of you support the Legends line...? Even if you didn't know who they were you could have found out and enjoyed doing it too. There great figures too.

Well people aren't going to buy people they didn't know. Plus the attires were bad choices and most people didn't want to start a new collection. They could have made it good but they didn't.

The title says it all: it is a ridiculous demand. You had your chance. If you didn't like the Arn or Tully, or if you were late to the game, that's what happens. You snooze you lose.

You think that just because you see something or don't see something that it automatically means a figure sells or doesn't sell. Flashbacks are short packed! That means a store could get 5 Papa Shangos and 25 Cenas if they order the right cases, and then you come to the store and see 1 Papa Shango and 10 Cenas and in your mind you think "Man, Cena never sells, but look how popular Papa Shango is!" when in reality Cena just sold 15 and Shango only sold 4. Do you think Mattel does it this way over and over again because their product is losing money?

I know how many flashbacks are per case, thank you for highlighting that in case I missed it in that rant. If the flashbacks were just as evenly packed they'd still all be the the first ones gone...every time...every store.
