I was watching a video about good interviews vs. bad interviews earlier out of nothing but sheer boredom. I was thinking this could be hilarious if done correctly and added it to my bucket list. Those of us who have jobs know how brutal it can be on the job hunt and the stress of interviews and since I have a job, I figured, why not do this one day out of sheer amusement knowing that I don't need a job?
There's the easy things to do such as turning up looking like a burst couch, having zero manners, putting your feet up on the desk etc, but does anyone have any ideas like ridiculous and funny answers to the interviewer's questions, how to make an entrance, small things like when he offers a handshake or how to say goodbye and make an exit?
Has anyone done anything like this before and have a story about it?
Thought this could be a potentially funny thread.

I interviewed a guy once who took forever to START answering questions. It got so uncomfortable, I'd jump in to break the silence. Finally, I just let him hang out there, just to see. I amused myself anyway. He didn't get the job, and oddly, we showed up at the same party just a few weeks later, so that was awkward.

Meh, not really a good idea. Wasting the time of someone looking for help is a d*ck move.

I had a job interview at a Papa John's once. Dude told me pay was $5.00 an hour, which is $3.75 below minimum here, and he said it'd be worth it because I'd make money on tips.
I said, "what would say are the busiest hours around here, delivery wise?" He said, "between 5 and 7, definitely." It was 6:30.
I said "It's 6:30 and that damn phone hasn't rang one time. You're saying I'm going to make more than enough to cover that low hourly pay on tips alone." He said, "There are three pizza joints within three blocks, some days are better than others." I said I couldn't do it for less than 8 + tips. He said "I don't know if that will work, we'd have to wait a little while before I can do that."
I said "If we can't do that we don't have anything else to talk about. I can make better money doing a lot of other things." The phone rang, he answered it, it wasn't even delivery, it was a personal call for him.
He motioned for me to give him one second. I said "Nah it's okay, we're done here." And I left. I don't like to disrespect people when it's not called for, and I don't feel I was disrespectful, I just wasn't willing to take that job.
Two days later he called me saying he could do $6.50 + tips, I told him I'd already found other work.

IMO, it'd be hilarious for an interviewer to go in for the handshake & you have the hot wax "mask" type thing still on your hand (from putting it in hot wax tub earlier, where it sticks to your hand and forms a glove around it) The look on their face when they feel the wax and don't know what it is would be pretty hilarious *answering questions by quoting fictional characters would be pretty funny to me when asked if you have any questions...it'd be funny to ask about the 'bathroom situation' just make sure you give a fake name/application or they may call your current employer and bad mouth you

One time I went to an interview and I was asked where I currently worked. I told them and the lady conducting the interview looked down and said.... "I worked there, it was the low light of my career." Another time a guy asked me what I was proud of? The question caught me completely off guard. I was asked once, "If you were unsupervised how likely would you be to steal?" One time I walked in and the HR girl knew nothing about trucking. She asked me if I could drive one of there big trucks, the one with lots of wheels and the loud horns. I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Another time as I was asking questions about the company the HR lady just kept giving me sighs after every answer, like she was depressed. Then when I asked about the benefits she just told me they were bad and said maybe you would like to try another company.

I knew the job wasnt for me when she told me how much they got paid. I heard the amount and thought, oh wow that would be cool if I was in high school, and not driving a truck.
