Rollins' shirt that he wears to the ring when it comes time for a new elite Rollins? I don't think a fabric shirt would be a good choice due to there being two different materials on the actual shirt and it needing to be skin tight.
I think they need to do a molded plastic shirt that is in two pieces, front and back, that snap together. It would be impossible to have it be one piece and have it be as tight as it needs to be while still being removable.
Thoughts?

I like the idea of a firm plastic that snaps together. I really like that.
Hopefully that comes with his next Elite.

I like your idea. It needs to come off.

I think Mattel would make a rubber shirt

I can't see it being done too well. Cloth would just look absurd, and plastic will look too thick. I think your idea is about the best possible way it can be done. I guess Flash Rey was alright, and that was the same kind of thing.

I think your idea would work best it wouldn't make sense for them to just make a version with and without the shirt your idea is probably the better way to resolve this problem

The plastic would almost definitely end up too bulky imo. Adding latches to make it removable is just going to make it too thick by default. Fabric would definitely work but I'm not sure how that would look. It likely wouldn't have that leather-ish presentation to it.
Honestly, I think the best bet is just painting it on. Give us the Elite with no shirt and the gold MITB case and then give us a Basic with him in the fully painted getup.

The shirt painted on would surely be the best looking solution and would be fine for a basic. It would piss people of if the shirt were painted onto an elite and the option of no shirt and just the mitb briefcase accessory as you suggest would not be enough for me to buy that figure. They're already saving on deco as the guy wears all black. Mattel needs to figure out a viable way to give us both a removable shirt and the case.

I see it being much like the Shield vests. But thinner and removable.

Knowing Mattel, it'll most likely be an oversized rubber shirt.

They could just give us a tiny garbage bag with head and arm holes since that's what it looks like.

I would think they'd make his next elite, no shirt with the MITB case, then a basic with the shirt painted on, thats my guess.

But Rollins is hairy, he needs a mix between Bruno Sammartino and Arn Anderson chest hair, yeah, but he has a two tone hair but people like new molds, so we should give him the K8lyn headscan, and his body is simple, just a plastic body covered in zippers and black paint. MATTEL MAKE THIS!

Sculpted shirt body mold would be fine ala elite 24 Rey Mysterio. However, I haven't even seen this shirt we're talking about so I could be wrong. Does he wrestle in it?
