Just one of those things I accepted as a kid, like 'Oh, how cool is Marty, friends with Doc Brown and hitching rides on his skateboard'.

I love Back To The Future. As others have said, I can watch yhem over and over without getting tired of them. I remember watching Clerks 2, the scene where they are argueing about Lord of the Rings or Star Wars being the best trilogy. Although I love both of those, for me personally, Back To the Future is the best trilogy.

BTTF is brilliant. I can watch any of those films now at any given time. Goonies, Indy, Star Wars, BTTF, they just fall into that timeless category for me. yup....all those for me too plus Jurassic Park Ghostbusters Batman 89 Close Encounters of The 3rd Kind just timeless and SO rewatchable. I have more but I left it at the PG level.

Don't plan on changing that anytime soon.

My son LOVES Back to the Future...and he's only 3. While other kids are watching various Disney movies etc, he watches Back to the Future 1 and II (and sometimes III) every...single...day. He has a little guitar and he jams during the Enchantment Under the Sea dance scenes and when we are on our way to his baby sitter most mornings, he has me to play the soundtrack on my ipod. 100 % true story.

Going to have to disagree on that one, 89 is still the best live action Bat film in my books.
