I touched on this a few months back and citing one of his interviews with Austin on his podcast as an example.
Well heres another with Bully Ray.
The guy is a complete wreck, those drugs or something have messed his head up. Listen to him ramble on once Bully gets done talking and youll know what i mean. He brings up a topic and then talks about something completely different.
He also sounds drunk, i know someone said its his dentures but i mean whats with all his snorting? slurred speech etc. The guy has lost it.

I remember at his HOF speech he said how he had been in "10,000 car accidents and 100 matches".

I met Piper awhile back and he was the nicest guy in the world. I didn't think this interview was all that bad. I've heard much worse.

Piper has lost all coherence in his speech. Behind Punk's "pipe bomb", I think this is the best live promo of the past 5 years. Piper might be getting up there in age, but he is still fantastic on the mic.

He rambles incoherently. He's a buffoon.

Piper's use here was very effective in getting the main event some heat. I wish we saw more segments like this.

Yeah, it's a shame that Cena "did the right thing" by costing Barrett the title, then he got "fired" but never missed a show, and absolutely crushed Barrett in their blow-off match.

It is a shame how the whole Nexus angle played off. The rise and success of The Shield is how The Nexus should have been booked. Truthfully, Wade Barrett could have been a bigger deal now if they allowed him to flourish and being a marquee name. The more top name players we have, the amount of programs we can get speaks for itself.

he was a wwf wrestler in the boom period of the 80s. i imagine quite a bit flew up his nose in that time. there's a lot of rumors surrounding him and the white stuff, not sure how much of it is true though. either way, it's sad to see roddy in the shape he is in now.

I just met Piper a two weeks ago at Monster Mania Con..... he was fine. We had a wonderful conversation about the glory days of Primetime Wrestling, and the time Bobby Heenan dressed up like Santa Claus. Piper told me he got letters from parents about that.... His speech was fine - and, I also noted that he was a great listener - he leaned in close - looked me in the eye, and heard every word I said.... Piper is fine - I think the clip you're referring to, he's speaking "insider-talk" which he tends to do from time to time.

Glad to hear that you had such a good experience meeting him.
