I dont want to be negative, but look at who you picked as a Role Model. Styles, I thought, was good as a broadcaster. But Look at his history. He worked in ECW, where he wasnt paid towards the end. And then he went to wwe where he was quickly let go. What on EARTH are you talking about? He's been with WWE for close to 10 years now! he worked on air for 3+ years with Raw, PPVs, and later the ECW brand.. ......and he still works for WWE to this day. He hosted History of ECW on Classics on Demand until that was abandoned for the WWE Network, still hosts the WWE Warehouse web series, and works in development on WWE.com and the app. My mistake. I havnt watched wwe for almost 10 years now. I just remember seeing interviews with him where he spoke about being let go by wwe from announcing duties, i just took that as meaning he was gone from the company.

'shudderz' ugh... so you joined the site 4 or 5 years after quitting the 'E? Do you watch any wrestling at all? JC Motors How can you be such an auto-phile, yet not have a license? I'm guessing medical reasons? @xxthegame34xx Have you thought about seeing someone about an anxiety disorder? I got into a pretty bad wreck about a month after getting my license and since (10 years ago) I've been what I'd describe as a "white knuckle/puckered butt-hole" driver... A few months back I went to a psychologist for the first time and got put on some anti anxiety meds and I can tell the biggest difference while driving. This isn't a put down at all but, not driving due to anxiety is the very definition of your anxiety effecting your quality of life. I'm not trying to pry here, but if the thought of driving makes you panic, there must be other mundane things that bring you anxiety as well.

I always ask my dad questions about driving, he just always says that experience will come and you lose that fear.

I'm 19 and I don't have my license yet. I was kind of scared to begin with, but I'm more comfortable now. I've tried to take the driving test multiple times, but I never can due to a technicality(Glasses weren't updated enough/ need insurance on car. Etc.)
Practice makes perfect.

I'm tellin ya, the hardest part about going to the doc was actually setting the appointment. My everyday life over the last couple of months have improved 10 fold when it comes to living with anxiety issues... Driving, going out to eat, f*ck man, just going to the grocery store... all sooooo much more bearable now. But like I said, the hardest part about the whole thing wasn't talking to the doctor or getting used to the drugs, it was just picking up the phone and calling. The Kevstaaa What about you? You not driving because of anxiety? Hahahaha... "jam up guy" I've gotta start using that more often. You ever see the "Doubting El Dandy" t shirt some website put out a few years ago?

I've been on this site longer than that. I just had it set up where my old pc would just log me in automatically. Then when I got a new one I had forgotten the old sign in information so I restarted. So do you watch any wrestling? Every now and then I watch little clips on youtube. Or I watch old dvds/vhs tapes. From what I've seen on youtube it looks like im not missing much. I know most people disagree with me, but I liked wrestling best in the Hogan era. It was a show, the guys were huge. People are quick to dismiss those bigger wrestlers because they claim the bigger man cant wrestle. And yet when the Big guys were on top wrestling was at it's peak. Basically I look at it this way. Wrestling is the same as Motor sports. If I go to Monster Jam I want to see a huge truck that smashes stuff and does some jumps. I want that truck to be loud and larger than life. Same with wrestling I want a wrestler to be huge, smash smaller guys, and do some maneuvers. I want the wrestler to be great on the Mic and be an extraordinary person. Sadly though what I see in wrestling today, to put it in monster truck terms, is a bunch of Ford Rangers, Chevy S10s, and Dodge Dakotas. They are considerably smaller than what I want. People love them cause they can maneuver better than a monster truck, but to me it just isnt the same. That's why I love that Brock is back in the company and is champ.

For those of you who dont have licenses, how do you get around? Do you guys live in big cities? Living in New York City, I hate the whole idea of getting my drivers license. I would much rather spend thirty bucks on a weekly unlimited ride Metrocard (the fare card NYC uses) and it would take me where I need to go. Everytime I see people driving, I am like leave your car at home. I hate being on the bus and the Bus Operator has to keep on swerving onto multiple lanes just because a car is blocking the ROW (right-of-way). I get insanely pissed off when people can't drive for ****. While I do not have a fear of driving but I fear what I'll do on the road. I am a type of person who has anger issues. Road rage can come as a result. If people want to get their license, that is their choice to make. People in big cities like Los Angeles and Detroit are heavily reliant on owning a car. In NYC, their is adequate options to get around. I am about to be 26 and I have ZERO intentions of getting a license. When I move to Ireland, I'll likely reconsider that intention.

seriously there is no way of knowing how the other drivers will act. But if you dont get behind that wheel and drive you will always be stuck feeling sorry for yourself. Just face the fear head on and youll be alright. Ive been in one car accident that was caused by black ice, i was so afraid to drive but I decided not to let fear get the best of me.

For those of you who dont have licenses, how do you get around? Do you guys live in big cities? I either bike or walk since I live in a smaller city. Everything is within 45 minutes biking distance; Walmart, supermarkets, courthouse, mall. I prefer walking or biking over driving, it keeps me in somewhat decent shape.

I cannot see the benefit of not getting your license and learning how to drive.
It's a basic skill you should learn. It's an irrational fear to have. Not to sound judgmental, as we all have those (I do not enjoy the company of spiders or bees).
