Have you ever bought a figure of a wrestler that you weren't a fan of, then based off of the look/playability of the figure, you suddenly became a fan of that wrestler?
I got the BOPPV Curtis Axel, with zero interest of his in-ring work. Now, not only is he a TV champ in my fed, but love his in-ring work, and root for him on TV.
Anyone ever experience this?

My first ever elite since recollecting (other than flashbacks) was elite 22 Kane and I never really enjoyed Kane's work, now when I play figures with my friend (it's considered 'sad' aged 15) Kane is more than likely to compete and win, plus I now love his matches. It is strange

It has never swayed me towards liking someone I have disliked previously, but it has made me want to learn about people I wasn't familiar with. I thought that the Von Erichs looked awesome and had hardly heard of them before. Now I have watched matches of theirs and even watched the Triumph and Tragedy WCCW documentary.

When I started watching wrestling again in mid 2010, Basic 4 had just released and Dolph Ziggler caught my attention, idk if his figure had anything to do with it, but since then I've always rooted for him and followed him on twitter.

After buying an Elite Best of PPV Cena, mainly for the new belt, I loved giving him multiple finishers from several figs. This made me enjoy his Summerslam match with Lesnar much, much more.
Still not a fan, though.

I'm not fan of a lot of figures I own.
If I like the look of a figure, I get it end of.

Elite 9 Luke Gallows. I didn't not like him, I just didn't care either way. Bought him to go with E6 Punk.

Never was a fan of Yoshi Tatsu, but his Elite 10 figure is one of my favorites.

I never really liked MVP, then I bought his first Elite and became a huge fan.

I havnt really played with my figures to be able to say I like the play ability of them. I do know there have been a few figures I quickly got rid of because they were so stiff and would not move properly.
