Capital Punishment 2011 was actually a very well put together PPV. I don't understand the hate.

Best: That's kinda tough to choose. But I'd have to say: SummerSlam '02, WrestleMania's X-Seven, XIX, and hell I'll even say XXX. Survivor Series '02 is also one of the best to me.
Worst: Battleground '13, December to Dismember '06, Survivor Series '13 was also pretty bad.

Capital Punishment 2011 was actually a very well put together PPV. I don't understand the hate. Just because R-Truth was randomly thrown into the main event, Ezekial Jackson and Wade Barrett put on an incredibly boring match, Orton won his WHC match even tho Christian had his foot under neath the rope (which lead to an annoying storyline) and Riley and Miz put on the one of the most forgotten matches in wwe history. One the side note Rey Mysterio and CM Punk (who were feuding for whatever reason) put on a 4 star match.

For anyone who lived through WWF Beware of Dog, that takes the cake. Most frustrating wrestling experience ever .

Canadian Stampede, WM19, WM17, SummerSlam 2002. Those are off the top of my head.
Worst are December to Dismember and those UK only PPVs.

Best: WrestleMania 24, SummerSlam 2002, WrestleMania X-Seven, WrestleMania 30, Extreme Rules 2012, Money in the Bank, One Night Stand 2005, SummerSlam 2000, WrestleMania 19.
Worst: December to Dismember, Battleground 2014, Battleground 2013, Great American Bash 2004, Survivor Series 2013, Survivor Series 1999, King of the Ring 1995.
Pretty much every PPV event prior to 2000 has like one or two good matches, tops, with the rest of the card being awful by modern standards. There are a few exceptions to that rule, but not many.

Best :
- Wrestlemania 17 (Not one bad match on the card Rock/Austin, Trips/Taker, TLC II, Shane/Vince, etc...)
- MITB 2011 (In a total crap year for WWE, 2011, MITB was phenomenal. Punk/Cena, Christian/Orton, Bryan winning MITB)
- Survivor Series 2002 (Not one bad match on the card and so many memorable moments, HBK winning Title, Brock F-5 Big Show, Steiner debut Dudleyz reunion, etc..)
- Summerslam 2002 (Rey/Angle, Benoit/RVD, Guerrero/Edge, Flair/Jericho, HHH/HBK, Rock/Brock - Absolute Killer Card, basically 6 main events)
- TLC 2012 (One of my personal fav's Shield TLC debut, Ziggler/Cena main event)
Worst :
- Battleground 2013 (Terrible ending that would have been bad by Raw standards, let alone 54.99 for a PPV, only redeeming qualities was Cesaro swinging Khali and the Rhodes/Shield match)
- December to Dismember 2006 (Doesnt even deserve the rundown)
- Elimination Chamber 2012 (Jericho eliminated by stupid storyline injury, the wreck that was the SD Elimination Chamber, Cena/Kane's pointless storyline, people kissing Big Johnny's rear, terrible PPV)
- Survivor Series 2013 (Total snoozefest, Big Show/Orton, Cena/Del Rio, etc...only exciting thing was the possible unification of titles soon, but the crap match between Cena/Orton at TLC ruined that too)
- Royal Rumble 2014 (Crap card from top to bottom, minus Wyatt/Bryan. Batista winning Rumble just puts the creme de la creme of crap on the crap cake)

Amongst my faves are
Backlash 2000 Royal Rumble 2000 Survivors Series 2002 Summerslam 2002
I would list WM17 but the ending & Austin's turn spoiled me on it forever. still one of Vince's worst decisions.

Best: WM17. It hooked me on wrestling.
Worst: Battleground 2013. It almost made me stop watching wrestling.
