A few weeks back, I bought the new Elite Goldust figure. I really like it, but there's a defect on the back of the head, which causes the bottom of the hair above the neck to get bent up underneath the neck peg on one side. Makes it look awkward, and isn't something I can really fix on my own. My first plan was to exchange it, but I haven't seen another Goldust since I bought this one.
I know I've read stories of Mattel giving vouchers for messed up figures, I was wondering who or how I should contact them to explain this, send pics, etc. Anyone have experience with this?

Just take a hair dryer to it and move it back into its original position, or drop the head in boiling water to do the same, and there is no need to return it or anything. It's a really simple fix.

I've had a few figures that had the back of their head and half of their jawline (Multiverse Keaton Unmasked Batman) stuck underneath the head. All were simple fixes with a hairdryer. But if it doesn't work call the number on the package and just give them the information they ask you for. Everything is on the box. It you don't have the box still they can get the same information off the figure.

Appreciate that!

^ Good to know. I was hoping to be able to find a new Goldust, but I haven't found one since the one I bought. So hopefully I can snag one.

Mattel Vouchers are accepted everywhere Except online. But depending on who you talk to, you could easily get one. I had zero problems getting one when my E29 Punk's left arm was missing the tattoos on the back of said arm.

You're a little late. I already got the answer right here in this thread. I asked here because this is the forum where I see people mentioning the voucher, so the source of information is probably more easily accessible here than Google. Just to humor your reply, though, I did Google "Mattel WWE Figure Voucher" and, within the first few results, were links to this forum. So, in actuality, I did the smarter thing by skipping a step and getting straight to the source. Thanks for your concern. Mattel Vouchers are accepted everywhere Except online. But depending on who you talk to, you could easily get one. I had zero problems getting one when my E29 Punk's left arm was missing the tattoos on the back of said arm. That's good to hear. I'll give the number a call today or tomorrow and see what happens. My main thought now is whether or not I'll be able to find another Goldust to use with it if/when I get a voucher.

My Goldust is all effed up. It's mostly a lot of paint blotches and sloppy lines. I thought about getting a voucher but it's not that serious in my case, just really annoying. Hope you get to replace that Goldust though, would love to see it in future animations.
