Hey,
I'm going to my first ever Raw taping next week, when WWE comes to the UK and I'm just wondering for those who've been to Raw, on average how long is the show, with dark matches etc
Thanks

It'd roughly be about 3 1/2 hours. I think they do one dark match and tape one Superstars match prior to each episode.

Yeah, I think you're looking at around 4 hours. I usually show up late so I'm never sure honestly haha. I think when I went to Raw over the summer the ticket said doors at 7pm ET, and then I think there were matches going by 7:15pm. Then you have Raw from 8-11:05pm ET, plus either the run over or the dark match when they go off TV. It probably depends on how they are doing Superstars and Main Event now and if there is a dark match prior to those matches, but I would think at the worst you're looking at 3 and a half hours.

Main Event is done before Smackdown. For Raw UK tapings, it should be slightly shorter than a US taping, because a three-minute break resthold can be a twenty-second break resthold when it's not live. Actually maybe not, with the app showing the breaks. I know at the UK tapings I've been to, it was always finished by 11, but I haven't been in the three-hour Raw era.

It's a lot more fun going to a raw now that they are 3 hours.
It's also a lot more fun watching that extra hour of wtestling on Monday.
You people who wish we had LESS ORIGINAL PROGRAMMING TO WATCH /43 just straight up not real fans.

Should probably be 3 1/2 to 4 hours considering the fact that they tape Superstars before Raw.

It was about 4 hours when I went in May, they taped two Superstars matches then RAW and the we had a dark segment with Barrett, Hunter & Rose (which was hilarious btw).

I went last November in Manchester. Doors opened around 6.30pm from what I recall, there was some sort of delay. Staff seemingly stood around doing naff all.
The show started at 7pm, and they filmed matches for Superstars. This usually leads to double duty later in the show, but hey its value for your money.
The ring skirts and staging banners change to Raw, so taping usually starts at half 7-8. It's kinda hard to keep track of the time but I've never been to a taping that doesn't seem to drag on a bit. Again, more bang for your buck.
I think we got out of the building just after 11pm, but the televised section of the show was done filming by approx 10.30pm.
Enjoy yourself, bro!

A long ing time, thats for sure. Usually starts around 7:30 and can go till 11:15-11:30 depending on if they have a dark match or not. I've been to RAW tapings before Mania where they do RAW, Smackdown, Main Event and Superstars which start at 6:30 and go to almost 11:30.
