1. Titus O'Neil - he's really brilliant, when (rarely) given the opportunity....
2. Carlito - given the right push - and I guess, a better attitude on his end - this could have been magical....
3. John Morrison - see above - he had the look, could have been a long-term IC champion - later World Champ? He never got the right push, then burned his bridges....
4. The Big Show - I know - odd choice - but they've been wasting his "potential" for nearly 10 years! He should be a dominant monster heel who wrecks his opponents and consistently stays near the top of the card & the World Title - instead, he's a typically a comic-relief jobber who hasn't had any decent direction in years!
5. Adam Rose - I know many disagree with me - but the gimmick has/had so much potential to be fun, and when they do it right - it has been fun - but instead, they're fooling around with the dumb bunny.... they could still save this - something tells me they won't.

Muhammad Hassan - THE. SINGLE. BIGGEST. DISAPPOINTMENT. IN. HISTORY. And the real shame is that Hassan did everything right. It's just because of a sh*tty situation that was out of his hands that all of the potential was wasted. Sean O'Haire - The Devil's Advocate vignettes were some of my favorite ever. Phenomenal look and size, very athletic for a bigger guy, and his theme song doesn't get enough love. SmackDown in 2003 was fantastic, but it could have been even better, in my opinion, with an established O'Haire as a top star. Marcus Cor Von - I loved Money Brown's run in TNA and was ecstatic when he signed with WWE. Good size and look, a ton of charisma and one of my favorite finishers in history.......period. I believe that he left WWE because of family issues, which is completely understandable. It's unfortunate, though, since I really believe that he could have been something. Definitely World Heavyweight Champion at least. Kaval - his attitude, but I thought that Kaval had loads of talent. Realistically, with guys like CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose becoming huge stars on the main roster, and NXT building names like Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville, had Kaval just been a bit more patient, he probably would have become something. Diamond Dallas Page - Definitely could have, and should have, been something more special in the Invasion. Instead, he fizzled out after finishing up the Undertaker storyline, which made no Goddamn sense. Sara was alright, but Kimberly tho.

I hated Hassan as a kid just for being a proud Middle Eastern man (even though he wasn't really one). I think it's so ridiculous looking back.

1. Ryback - Could and hopefully will bounce back, but it'll be tough. Never should have gone near CM Punk. Should have won Royal Rumble then challenged and beat Big Show at WrestleMania 29
I'll edit later and add a few more, but the biggest one most recently is the Big Guy.

ng Kaval man! Low Ki is such a phenomenal talent but no one is handed everything right away. he had to understand he was eventually going to shed lay cool, win matches and be entered in the ic title hunt.

Marcus Cor Von/Monty Brown might be some of the biggest untapped potential they had. I truly think he could have been WWE Champion.

I'd like to add: The Hart Dynasty - they were the definition of a tag team. They had legacy behind them, that also helped them acheive a higher following. I watched them in MLW as the Canadian Bulldogs, and they only got better with age. I really wish DH hadn't lost his interest, and WWE had made him happier. It has taken nearly 5 years for Tyson to get to the level he is now, and even with fhat, its still entry level. These two were gifted in the ring. Their matches were never a bore.

1) Vader: since you said had potential in WWE, Vader has to be number one. This guy should have been the man in a completely talentless pool of wrestlers in mid 90s WWF. Was a monster heel everywhere he went and got completely buried by HBK.
2) Chris Candido: talented, underrated wrestler who got saddled with a terrible gimmick and was overshadowed by his coke head wife.
3) Waylon Mercy: Bray Wyatt 20 years early. Had potential to be a great character but never given time to develop
4) Hassan, for reasons mentioned already
5) Zach Ryder: almost a poster boy for a sad recent trend of wrestlers who get over with a crowd and get swept aside for more of the same.

the man-crushes for Hassan never cease to amaze me....that guy was straight GARBAGE in every sense of the word anyway I always felt the WWE never truly & fully capitalized on the following: 1. Zack Ryder- Never should have been a world champion, but there is absolutely ZERO good reason to why he couldn't have been in the same position as a Kofi Kingston or (at the time) Cody Rhodes....meaning a regular spot on the weekly shows winning and losing at random with a mid card title reign that lasted more than a month and didn't end for no reason out of nowhere on RAW to a guy who did nothing with it. 2. Chris Masters- Partly his fault initially, however he went from being an absolute JOKE in the ring to actually one of the better sellers and workers of the mid card late in his 2nd run. Should have at LEAST gotten a few IC title reigns 3. John Morrison- I thought he could have been a strong WHC at the time when he was most popular. Spot monkey, yes, but talented and never really needed to talk 4. Vader- Should have been WWF Champion and a dominant monster for at least a good run. Not jobbing to HBK, jobbing to Goldust, teaming with Mankind, and never going anywhere 5. (Because it's still ongoing) Cesaro- This man has EVERYTHING you need to be a major star in this industry. And they are absolutely DESTROYING him week to week. Not only losing, but looking like a complete dope doing it "choose me! i can get it done!" lose. The people WANT to love this guy, give us a ing REASON to. Enough bullcrap. People would PAY to watch Cesaro wrestle in main events. Isn't that what it's all about?

Marcus Cor Von/Monty Brown might be some of the biggest untapped potential they had. I truly think he could have been WWE Champion. but didn't he leave the company on his own terms due to "personal issues"... i mean he was barely there a year if at all. to be fair we really don't know what would have happened with him.

Alex Riley - Guy had a huge following in 2011, then his career pretty much took a straight on nose dive into the ground. Shame he was never given another chance between 2012 and 2014 to prove he could be a decent main guy.
Shelton Benjamin - Charisma aside, Benjamin is probably one of my top 2-3 stars to never hold a World Title. Even though I am extremely happy Edge won the MITB in 2005, I remember at the time pulling big time for Benjamin to win it. Ironically almost immediately following Benjamin's most memorable match with HBK, his career too took a nose dive for some reason.
John Morrison - Guy had amazing athletic skills and decent charisma. Could have easily made the transition into a mega star in 2011. Unfortunately being teamed with Snooki at what should have been his Wrestlemania moment and a poorly timed neck injury that followed, pretty much ended his career in WWE.
Kofi Kingston - Might as well be released and go wrestle for another company. Another guy with amazing talent and skills, but WWE has done nothing with him since 2009. They could continue giving him IC and US titles and it will continue to mean nothing. Kofi was on fire in late 2009 with the Orton feud and again over a single incident WWE has pretty much benched him since. (Ya know except for the Rumble time of year where they can dust him off to make an astounding come back from elimination)
Cesaro - Another guy who is getting to that borderline losing interest point. This guy has been pushed and stopped so many times that its hard to get behind him imo. Pushed when he debuted - 2013, depushed and loses US title to Kofi out of nowhere Apr 2013, gets push again with Real Americans and huge win at Wrestlemania, depushed after failed run with Heyman, pushed again to US/IC title picture, depushed yet again losing 2 straight falls to Ziggler, being Ambrose's job guy, and add a loss to Ryback (who seems to have picked up Cesaro's push) on SD. Uber skilled talent, and its a shame he didn't get a WWE World Title run this year following his win at Mania.
Notice a pattern with most of these guys: Riley - depushed after Swagger/Cena incidents, Kofi - depushed after Orton incident, Morrison - depushed after Snooki/Trish incident.
So basically its a small sampling, but if WWE is looking for someone to blame for not being able to push talent over the last decade or so......they really have no farther to look than in a mirror. All these guys including others like MVP, Carlito, Kennedy, McIntyre, Rhodes, and Sandow all could have been huge but WWE has had no idea how to create and maintain new talent for the past decade. (with the exception of the Shield)
