yeah this was being put out there like Vince lost his mind, flipped out, was berating the fans, etc.
it really was harmless.
but the biggest picture is why were the fans bored? because those fans probably saw the exact same stuff just the night before on RAW. and they are tired of being lied to, treated like morons, and watching a company more concerned with a cat than an actual wrestling program

Ptetty harmless. The way the topic sounded I thought he actually had a breakdown on stage and had to be escorted off. LOL.......that's what I thought too. I was like "its finally happened!!"

The crowd was dead for a show featuring a guy wrestling in a bunny costume?

Not a big deal. Vince was just working the audience. I do think audiences have gotten progressively worse in a number of places, and it ruins the show. I really do think it's a matter of "just have fun, damn it!" Me and my buddy get two drinks each and 30 mins into the show everything is awesome. Too many fans go to live events looking to watch the show the same way they watch Raw every week, like a cynical assh*le. It's a shame because live events should make you feel like a kid again imo. The kids and families don't really know how to react and cheer for stuff because the older audience isn't teaching them. Things like clapping when a guy is trying to get free from a hold, boo and cheer punches, buildup sounds to moves, I mean there are a bunch of nuances the fans used to lend to the experience and that's a thing of the past. I do think WWE needs to try harder, but so do the fans. This is, like, the perfect post. Fans need to just out and have a good time. Not be cynical, not try to be bigger than show and not chant dumb things like the names of the announcers. I perfectly understand the fact that if they paid for tickets, they want to see a great show and the WWE does need to try harder to provide that. There needs to be effort from both sides. I know that I've been to some wrestling shows that weren't good, but not once can I say that I've had a bad time because I always try to enjoy myself as best as I can.

I was there the reason the crowd was so dead is mainly where the camera crew in the crowd were there was no one behind them upwards it was weird to see, it was a good show but I think he mainly came out because of the where's our network chants to trlple h

Oh come on Vinnie you coulda got them more worked up than that.
Also I think he was upset because it likely costs a lot of money to film TV in the UK but Vince is usually willing to take the hit because of how great the crowds are. So when he has a dead crowd on his hands (it's not often you hear about a UK crowd beig dead ) it's only right that the McMahon temper flares up.

He might want to give them something to cheer about. The product is crap and everyone knows it.

Vince is going crazy. That was a funny video though I mean come on Vince, you delayed the Network on these fans again! What did you expect? They just want to watch the bikini contest from Judgment Day 2003!

Yeah. I don't see a big deal. Crowd was dead and he came out and cut a promo to try and liven them up. That's the benefit of being taped. That being said, Smackdown is usually crap, so I don't blame most SD crowds for being dead.

I do think WWE needs to try harder, but so do the fans. Yea, seems like I'm always surrounded by these people at WWE events, who seem like they came knowing they were not going to enjoy the show, and just sit there making rude comments the whole time.... rather than playing their part and being "part of the show" - and I don't mean in a bad way, but just the way you described, by responding to moves, cheering when appropriate, BOO-ing when appropriate, etc.... Seems like a lot of fans just sit there acting like they've never been to one of these things before.... That being said - I don't go to Smackdown shows any more - because I've always left disappointed..... I am going to the Royal Rumble in Philly - and I expect to have a GREAT time!

I was going to go but copped out to play a FIFA 15 tournament instead.
I stand by my actions because the show looked pretty bad if they were chanting that, usually Liverpool people chant funny/fitting things.

I was at the Raw taping on Monday and a group of fans sitting near me were absolutely horrible. They were ridiculously drunk and just spent the whole show swearing (with little kids close by), falling on people, climbing over/on chairs and shouting random garbage over every promo (like Cole chants and ridiculous songs). They absolutely ruined the experience for me (and clearly for some of the poor kids too). I've been to loads of wrestling shows over the years...WWE tapings, indies, TNA house shows, even WCW Thunder - but I've never been near "fans" as bad as these. I really wish I'd saved my money and just watched it on TV...at least I would have been able to hear what was going on.

This was hilarious, I'm sorry. I don't understand the "where's our network" chants because anyone around the world can get the network quite easily with something that most people should know about but I'm not gonna name here. That is beside the point. Not only that if we illegally got the network were paying American prices plus the fee of the ip block add on. The fact is we were given a date (twice) and on both acounts WWE failed to deliver, without any word on when were gonna have it.

In a world without proxy servers, the WWE's approach to releasing the network in the UK would quite frankly make me feel bad for people who live in the UK. In the world where proxies exist, it's still a terrible way to market it (Saying it's coming out indefinitely), but it's not like there is no way for people in the UK to get it.

I doubt Vince wants people illegally download his product though, my point is if this thing was fuelled by the fans "where's our network" chants then they should be doing more to let us know what's happening. Yes we can download it illegally, but considering the volume of the fans most of them (us) want to pay for it, and line the pockets of WWE so they can continue as a business.

Dude you're confusing me. Using a proxy server does not involve illegally downloading WWE footage. It basically makes it so the WWE network site will think you live in the US so you can pay for it through paypal and get the network almost completely legally.

Id also like to add some of us (me) suck using tech and really have no idea what were doing I still think it sucks on behalf of WWE's customer service when they've pretty much just left all of us Brits in the dark when it comes to our network.
