Just curious as to what some of you find to be your favorite or in opinion the best films of the decade.
Off the top of my head:
The Departed (2006) Dawn of the Dead (2004) The Italian Job (2003) Avatar (2009) The Wrestler (2008) The Dark Knight (2008) Batman Begins (2005)

This is a question I'm just not prepared to answer. Pretty much this. There's just too many to name, plus I'm terrible with dates and generally have no idea of when most movies have been released.

I've been wanting to watch them again for years, but I want to hold out and watch the Hobbit Trilogy and the LOTR trilogy in a row. It's already been years since I saw the LOTRs (mine goes FOTR>ROTK>TTT). The second Hobbit film is way better than the first. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it after not being a big fan of the first.

We started at 8am and watched all 3 directors cuts that day.It was effin glorious.

The director's cuts add so much to the LOTR films, not so much to the Hobbits (because they're already stretched out so much). I love the scene in Two Towers where Boromir and Faramir talk after just reclaiming Osgiliath, for me it was important to see those two together.
