Quick question to you all, for some reason, my Figure doesn't turn at the waist at all. It's like to body is glued fully to the top of his shorts. Are all of the Series 4 Dolph Zigglers like this?

Nope, mine is absolutely fine. Happened to me with a few figures, dont know why it happens. Just unlucky.

I had the same issue with my Defining Moments flair. I called mattel and they easily gave me a full refund in form of a check and I kept the fig

Had the same issue with B8 Finlay. Nothing major. Just apply heat to it with either a hair dryer or warm water.

Same thing happened to me with Elite 1 Edge. And also with one of Elite 4 Finlay's legs. No amount of hair dryers and hot water fixed it (though that has worked with other figures I've had that have stuck joints).

Nope. Just apply a little force and it'll snap free.

Boil it in hot water and then twist his torso.

Mine didn't have that problem, but I have had a few that have had that. Too much glue, the excess got it stuck. Every time I break on free I can see where the glue was. They usr tough glue so put a little torque into it. The waist peg is large and durable so it should withstand some wrenching.
