Does anyone think it's possible for Undertaker to return at the Royal Rumble, win, and then beat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania to avenge his loss from WM30? Or, cost Lesnar the title during the title match against Cena (like *gong* and the lights go out)?

Yeah, it's possible, but it's a sh*t idea.

Nope.
I think this is it for The Undertaker. Whatever happens at WrestleMania this year will mark the official end of his career.

^^ people say that all the time I think this time would be legitimate. It would cause a LOT of people to stop watching. This is probably the worst idea in regards to Rumble/Mania so far.

Ehhh, anything is possible, but Taker winning the rumble and beating Lesnar is very improbable.
Could I see him somehow interfering in the Lesnar match? Absolutely.

I honestly doubt it. One of the most respected guys in the business ever that we're talking about. The crowd would love it. It would bring a ton of casual fans back to the product, albeit short term. Taker is one of the only few guys who could actually win the rumble and the live crowd not dump all over it. Is it the best idea? No. Will it happen? No. Would it cause a loss in viewership? Not at all. Cue: believability and logic complaints.

How does that build new stars, or give us something interesting? It doesn't do any of that. It would be WWE literally crapting on their entire audience.

You guys have to understand that the Undertaker isn't really a zombie. He's just some dude who is susceptible to aging just like the rest of us. It sucks, but the guy is done. He might have one more match in him but with the way the streak was mishandled, it would probably just further tarnish his legacy.

They brought Batista back and he won and until they changed the main event that wasn't doing anything for anyone. The major differences are the fans aren't going to boo The Undertaker, no matter what. And the other difference is we don't have to worry about this because it won't happen

Part of that is BECAUSE of what happened with Batista. That crowd, assuming it's not a dead one from the start, is going to crap all over anyone who isn't Bryan, Ambrose or maybe Rollins winning it. I'd be willing to bet if Taker were to win the rumble, they would yet again change the mania match. Luckily, we don't have to worry about this scenario. Besides, does anyone really wanna see Brock and Taker again? eh.

You cant avenge breaking a streak, the streak is still broken. The Patriots can beat the Giants in every ball game from here to eternity but the Giants still stopped them from going 19-0. Same in this situation, even if it is scripted.

Building new stars is all well and good but let's be honest, it's more than likely gonna be Roman Reighns winning the rumble....not a Dean Ambrose or Daniel Bryan or Brya Wyatt....it will be boring and predictable and everyone will sleep walk through RAW.....If something crazy like Undertaker winning happened honestly that would create such a buzz and get people talking. And all the guys screaming about not watching ever again will be running to they're TV sets at right just to see whatthe hell is gonna happen..like Jim Ross said-Undertaker could win the title for one last time and retire on Raw the next night putting the title in a tournament....from there you can push your Reigns or whoever....I'd rather be surprised feel something and actually interested again for a little while than watch another RAW on autopilot falling asleep halfway through. We won't see your idea unfold at all in any way, but I really like it alot.
