I've been checking kind of frequently as I have Christmas money to spend on Elite 34 but I don't want to purchase the set without Doink. It's been weeks now and Doink hasn't went up even as a back order. Will Ringside be getting more Doink's in stock or is the existing stock all that they will be receiving?

They probably don't want to out him up in case they have more orders than what's coming in. If they have 200 doinks between pre orders and back orders, they may not want to put it up yet if those 200 are accounted for. 200 is a made up number just used as an example

Maybe they need some of the other pre orders to sell out before they can put Doink up for back order?

this same thing happened with E30 Luger. The first wave completely sold out, but eventually they will bring it back after all of the first wave orders are filled are more are brought into stock.

I'm in the same boat...Doink has legit been my number 1 want, next to hogan, and I freaking missed out on the pre order.
I figured that with the first batch not coming in stock until march that I'd have plenty of time...yet naturally with my luck, he's the first thing out of allll the items for sale to go out.
Hopefully I'll luck out and they might get a few extra to put up for sale. Otherwise, I'm hitting ebay. This is one figure I refuse to be patient for!

Don't get too excited for when it goes back up, look at what happened with Xpac haha I want it badly and RSC gets them way before everyone else, I just don't want him $50 badly lol

With the Chinese New Year coming, Mattel won't be making stuff for about a month or so and so thus after the initial pre-orders get filled, there will be a delay on back orders that takes a while this time of the year, it happens every year...He will be back up for sale in time, just gotta be patient

Lex Luger convinced me to pre-order Doink. That would convince me not to order Doink because I've seen probably 30 Lugers or more at retail since October or November, whenever they hit. In fact just saw one tonight at Target |

I have never seen Luger at retail, but I was able to snag him up for 17.99 on Amazon. Never saw Krush from Demolition but I got him for 16.99 on Amazon. I also got Vader for 13.99 at Walmart. My point is wait a bit and you be able to snag him cheap.

As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure it was the act of me over paying for my Luger that caused him to be common and readily available a week later!!! |
