I was looking at my HOF figures and I was thinking there are a couple of guys from the first few legends series who I would like to see Mattel remake. We got red LOD and Camo Slaughter in 2014 which made me think of the possibility we will see an ECW Terry Funk? I know when legends started a lot of people missed out on some of the figures and they warmed shelves in my area but there are certain guys now I regret not picking up. Hell, I regret not getting anyone from series two. I also regret not having a Dusty Rhodes figure as I now have LOD & Slaughter. Your thoughts? Will this HOF series allow for us to see some legends remade from the earlier series?

Probably the only ecw wrestler left with a chance of actually being made...I wouldn't see him selling well, but I'd like one.

Probable but not very likely.

I'd absolutely love it. Much like Sarge and Snuka, the Funk we got wasn't in what many consider to be his defining attire. Hardcore Funker, FTW. Getting some other ECW guys to go with him would be nice too

I think it would definitely sell better than the previous Funk figure, funny thing is he also wore the attire in his brief return in I think'97-'98, before the Chainsaw Charlie gimmick, so it could be a possibility. I mean it would fit in with an Attitude Era collection.

Would love an ECW Funk. It was obviously his most memorable look, and his Legends figure is one of those figures I'm sure Mattel wishes they could have a do-over on. Like Slaughter, LOD, Dusty, etc. they wanted to do a different attire at the time to make the figure standout to casual shoppers as being different from Jakks' CS line. I understand the thinking behind it, but ultimately doing figures in lesser-known attires is what contributed to the line dying. After Chainsaw and Cactus lost the tag titles to the Outlaws in the infamous Steel Cage Match, Foley turned heel as Dude Love and they killed the Chainsaw Charlie gimmick.

I always thought that Shotgun Saturday Night segment Funk had with Austin was before Chainsaw Charlie. Thought Shotgun was long dead by WM14.
