He usually does rap songs. This is the only song from 'Sons of Anarchy' that I had to Google as soon as I heard it. This is the only song I've ever cared for that Yelawolf did also. Don't get me wrong I think Yelawolf is talented, but something hasn't clicked yet.. This song was the first time since his collaboration on A$AP Rocky's '1 Train' that I thought Yelawolf was showing his talent properly. Joey Bad@$$ is gonna perform on Jimmy Fallon tonight.. As someone that has been following his career for 2 years, I couldn't be happier. I'm ing legit in love with that song, I usually don't like yelawolf but he shows a completely different side in that song and it's ing incredible. Thanks for posting to it.

"Hell: The Sequel" by Bad Meets Evil in general is pretty underrated. Feels like the only album involving Eminem that got no hype.

I'm not a big fan of current day rap including the underground scene. What I use to really appreciate about Rap was the general sound it had, it had funky beats to it and loads of different types, now it sounds all the same largely. My GOAT Rapper is Ice Cube and Producer is Dr Dre and have been so since I first heard them years ago.
Latest songs I've been listening to:

My GOAT Rapper is Ice Cube and Producer is Dr Dre and have been so since I first heard them years Glad to see someone else likes Warren G and Nate Dogg. That song makes me happy anytime I hear it. Good song to drive to. Nate really never broke out like he should have, even though the hooks he would bring on other people's tracks were really liked. With them, I always tend to have old Snoop, Dre, Eastsiders, Dogg Pound, and Lil' Half Dead come to mind. As for Cube, the man is great, but my favorite track of his is with Krayzie Bone off War and Peace Vol. 2....Until We Rich. The message is even cool there... Edit: I forgot to say that I too dig little of the new rap. But for me, it is just that I grew up on the 80s/90s/early 00s beats and cannot get into the new style and wish everything stayed the same. I do know that if you are a kid now, growing up on this, it means something to you, and you probably can discern all of it. Glad it exists for people to love and enjoy.

I haven't listened to much of Warren G besides a few other songs but I'm a fan of Nate Dogg. Great song. I was born in 1998 so I certainly didn't grow up with the 80s/90s sound but I did hear a bit of early 2000s as well as 90s stuff through my older brother. I didn't appreciate them as much as a child until around 2009 when I really began to love the beats and the sound of those times.

"Hell: The Sequel" by Bad Meets Evil in general is pretty underrated. Feels like the only album involving Eminem that got no hype. Royce da 5'9 is one of the only rappers that has ever been able to get on the same track as Eminem and not be overshadowed by him. Each song they've ever done Royce has either been on the same par as Em, or had better verses than Em.. And that says alot about Royce and his talent. Here's a really rare gem. Made for the VERY FIRST 'Scary Movie' movie.. To this day it's one of my favorites, from beat to verse.. They just kill this song.

From what I've heard it was due to cough syrup, which isn't surprising at all if you're familiar with the guy. Still extremely sad to hear, though.

Yams was actually a good friend of mine before the fame. There is still no official ruling as to what caused his death but he had been suffering seizures related to drugs, both cough syrup and Xanax, over the last year which he went to rehab for.
I haven't spoken to him in over a year, but I was pretty messed up today. He believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself and I'll always appreciate him for that. Helped me whenever he could find the time to and made me a better person. RIP to Stevie..

Hopsin is so damn dope. Easily one of the most talented people in the game today. I'll put him up against ANY main stream artist.
