Does anybody here believe that WWE truly realizes what they have in Seth Rollins?
I've been a huge SR fan since his debut but his showing in that title match last night was incredible. The guy is the complete total package of a pro wrestler.
He is by far the best heel in the company and when the Authority screws him and he turns face, he is going to be the face of the company. He has a finisher people love to see (even as a heel), can work the mic very well, and has a unique look.
The fear as always is, does the WWE realize what they have or will they continue to misfire and have Rollins as the next Punk, as in a fan favorite total package, only to play second fiddle to the "chosen ones" Cena and Reigns.
Thoughts?

Yeah. I think they realize, which is why he's the money in the bank winner and featured in the top storylines... also, the #1 Authority guy. Agreed though. When he turns face, he's going to be epic. Next Punk in terms of talent and mic skills.

They put him in the position of being the top heel, they know what kind of talent they have on their hands.

He's the one that broke away from the Shield. He won MITB. He's defeated Cena. He's been in a triple threat for the WWE title. He's given the ball and has ran rather well with it. So... yes. I am pretty sure WWE knows Rollins is the future of the company.
I agree though, once he breaks out as a face he will be huge. Fans already love him so the transition will be smooth.

They wouldn't be featuring him so heavily if they didn't believe in him
