They don't need to reboot Indiana Jones I'm convinced Hollywood is out of original ideas. They've been running out of Ideas for years. Hence all of the reboots and remakes in recent years.

If this has to happen, Pratt seems like best case scenario. That's the way I look at it. If they insist on doing it... Pratt is the man.

The moment I see any report of a 'Back to the Future' sequel/reboot/soft reboot, I will collectively lose my sh*t and throw my computer in the trash can.

Pratt sure is getting a lot of franchises. I mean he has Guardians of the Galaxy, Jurassic Park, and potentially a rebooted Indiana Jones.
Good for him but damn Hollywood knows there are other actors right?

I sincerely hope it never gets touched, it's my all time favorite trilogy, even over Toy Story or LOTR. I didn't think Ghostbusters ever would either so I fear that BTTF will one day. I can probably count the number of reboots/remakes that I enjoyed on 1 hand, especially if you don't include horrors.

Set it in the same universe and make it years before the first movie considering how old Ford was when he made the first two movies. It could be a series of movies called The Lost adventures of Indiana Jones. And give us another great 3.75 inch toy line to go along with it and I would be happy.

Lets not even put that out in the universe.

Remakes and reboots have been around as long as film has. Just look at the Wizard of Oz adaptations. Nothing new. That said, certain things should remain untouched. Remake things that sucked to begin with in an attempt to improve.
