In-ring ability alone will not gain you success in WWE. If it did, Daniel Bryan would be the top guy in the company, not Cena or Reigns. Cesaro is hilariously talented - where is he right now? WWE clearly don't think much of AJ in the first place, or they would've signed him. Even if they sign Joe, it's only going to be because HHH wants him. However, Vince still calls the shots, and he'll have Joe dancing with The Usos before he sniffs the main event scene. As long as he avoids a thong. BNB would like to have a word with you. Apparently, he wants to share some sort of news...

AJ Styles has "it" his high school wrestling abilit mixed in with his high flying and strong style? Haha I mean nobody can compare right now in the same boat but Joe and yes whether you like to admit it or not Joe and AJ have it and will shine in any promotion just like they always do! H8 to break it to yah m8 AJ does not do Strong Style. He's a high flyer, that's it. Not really sure where you get him being a technician or a Strong Style guy, but that's just blatantly wrong. I don't think AJ has "it" which is obviously arguable. There's no right or wrong answer. I can come up with a list of 10 guys I think are better than AJ Styles right now, and it wouldn't be difficult. If you watch any of his New Japan stuff ot even his RoH matches with Strong, Hero, and Elgin you will see that he is far from just being a high flyer ala AJ 05'. He puts on technical matches alot now just look at his match with Minoru Suzuki from G1 Climax last year. That is one of the best wrestling matches of the past 25 years.

People are saying "but we have Owens"... Joe is much better than Owens. No, he's not. As far as I'm concerned, he is - better on the mic, and in-ring. Nothing special about Owens, from what I've seen.

He's a fantastic tag guy, but on his own he has no personality. He could be in Ziggler's spot, but really not any higher.

He would have been fine had they not had Heyman out there talking about Lesnar instead of putting over Cesaro. The fans were behind him huge from around January-June 2014.

It would've faded pretty soon after I think. He doesn't have the charisma to hang around the main event scene long enough.

Plenty of guys have been in the main event and couldn't cut an interesting promo to save their lives. I think Cesaro's indy work showed he had alot of charisma and the crowds organically backed him around Mania last year but shotty booking killed his momentum.

His indy work showed he had charisma as part of a team or stable, but on his owns he never showed an ounce of it. He's just god awful when he steps out of the ring lol. To each their own, but I'm glad he'll never be more than a midcard guy.
