Sting looks awesome! I'm absolutely thrilled that he comes with a cloth coat. It will make for some awesome poses.
If I had ANY slight suggestions.....I would love just a HINT of skin tone at his hairline. Sting paints his FACE white, the mans entire HEAD should not be white.
And somebody else said that there should be words on his gloves.....WWE does not own the rights to the MECHANIX brand, so they are not allowed to put that on his gloves.
When we get a 2015 Sting, they should be able to put the little Scorpion symbols on his gloves though.
Other than that......sweet ass figure. I can't wait to own it. The wait is actually bothering me I want this figure so bad! hahaha

Hmm, his legs do look a little stumpy, but the thing that really bothered me were his jacked arms. Perhaps arms like The Rock's / E30 Hawk would be the way to go. They've got a little more mass than the normal arms, but they're not as ridiculous as HHH's. A Simple Razor Ramon Arm Swap - Just gave him e30 Hawks arms. the arms do look a little to jacked up elite 30 hawks probly would've been the best but if they don't fix it oh well its freakin sting.

I feel like the face needs a repaint. The eyes give off this sad puppy dog look. And at the forehead, sting didn't paint his face into his hair as far as I recall. There'd usually be this line of flesh tone between his hair and face paint. The way the figure is just kinda looks odd, after seeing it the other way for so long.
And yes, he does seem a bit short in the pic. But who knows. Things are always different in person.
Here's to hoping there's a Red & Black version right around the corner too, hopefully with a soft plastic/rubber Trench coat this time in order to allow everyone to have their choice of which to use. I know I'd buy 2 of that version just to get the additional rubber trench coat for this figure.
I know, I know.... "stop complaining. Everyone complains too much. The figure is perfect. etc. etc."
It's not complaining, it's constructive feedback. It's actually a helpful part of the process in developing figures. If everyone is always nodding approvingly from day one, the figures wouldn't turn out as good as they do. Trust me, the design team wants to hear what people like & don't like. It actually helps them. And believe me, I'm not just complaining for the sake of complaining. I actually care how the figures turn out. I'm trying to be helpful by voicing my opinions, just as everyone else does... good, bad, or otherwise.

After really looking at the latest picture, I'm going to say it's an illusion of the leg mold making his legs look a little stumpy. Look at the pic from behind. The legs, and more importantly the calves, seem normal length. I'd even venture to speculate that the boots are no shorter then the boots they put on Triple H or Cody Rhodes' figures, but because of that angle they appear a little shorter.
I can handle the arms. The hair seems a little short, like a few months before the match with Hogan, or it could be the head mold sits the hair piece just a tad too high. If that really bothers me in person I can fix that. Maybe they painted the black above his eyes too far up, like above where his eyebrows would be? Again, I can handle that.
I'm still incredibly looking forward to this figure. Can not wait.

This figure is the best version we've gotten if Sting thus far. Here are my complaints, the face-paint looks a bit wierd, the scorpion on his chest is actually supposed to be inverted, boots should be a tad longer and the arms are too ripped but other than that I'm glad he comes with a cloth jacket and bat. Can't wait for this figure!!! Sting is my favorite of all time!

I assume the Sting they showed is still a prototype and might still get tweaked when the final product hits. Maybe not. I think it looks fantastic and they absolutely nailed that face paint and Sting's weird jaw line. So stoked we're finally getting this. Sting is probably the biggest reason why I got into wrestling in the first place. I just wish we had more WCW stars. I have to keep my eras and companies separate, Mattel!

This figure is absolutely perfect..... Except for two small imperfections.
1: No designs on the gloves (yes I know WWE doesn't have the rights to Mechanix)
2: The scorpion design on his outfit doesn't go down far enough on the back of his leg.
BUT I STILL LOVE THIS PERFECT FIGURE AND HIGHLY PLEASED WITH THE CLOTH COAT!!!

I think it's a good observation and I agree in the pics he does seem short... And the gloves does seem like a odd choice as the have the right mould for them. Hopefully the hands can be changed and it looks taller in person.

Can't say he looks short unless he is standing next to a few figures.

I think we are just seeing an earlier stage proto then our other protos but they have been asked a million times what sting they are making so they wanted to get this out I think itll be great they havnt disappointed with the flair Hogan and razor im pretty sure this one will be top notch as well
