HELP! Head swap screw up

I went to do a head swap, and the circle part that's around the piece inside the neck broke instead of the little ball piece coming out of the head. It's a straight line at the bottom of the circle and a small little triangle-ish piece broke off the neck at the seam line. Is there a way to fix it?








I know I can just super glue the piece that came off on the neck, but am I going to be able to get the piece back into the neck?
