He is a massive mark, probably the most knowledgeable celebrity along with Bill Simmons about the WWE, I remember hearing that he made the entrance song for New Day but it got scrapped as they changed their gimmick. He is way more relevant than all these washed up acts they bring out like Travis Barker, Kid Ink, Kid Rock, etc. He is an avid fan and after reading his interview with Wrestlinginc.com he has reached out to be on the creative team. I mean his new album is coming out in a WEEK and the interviewer was suprised that he was swaying away from questions about his album so that he can talk about wrestling. Using Wale can give the WWE the main stream attention they desperately crave for, he could bring in the whole of MMG including Ross & Meek Mill, even J. Cole as they are really close friends to make appearances and draw a few more viewers. I know a lot of you guys on here aren't hip-hop fans but to deny that Wale is in the top 10 of the biggest names in hip-hop right now would be a lie. He has a song with Usher off his new album that's about to be a massive HIT. If you always see a Folarin 3:61 sign, that's his entourage holding up a sign for him as he is always on RAW. Here is the interview I was talking about, a real good read. www.wrestlinginc.com/wi/news/2015/0324/591716/rapper-wale-talks-paul-heyman-influence/

Yeah that would of been sick actually. I would of much rather seen him than Kid Ink/Skylar Gray/Travis Barker (although he's cool).

he's probably deeply in the doghouse right now, considering one of the "renegade" events for Mania is MLW Radio's Walemania feat. Wale and Rey Misterio Jr among others.

Wale is one of the very very very few current rappers that I don't mind. And it's a massively small list.

WWE rarely likes to use people who actually watch and like WWE. The impractical jokers like WWE, it'd be cool if they were hosts. Idk why Roday and Hill aren't around more as they're also avid WWE watchers. If WWE wants guest hosts every now and then, they should invite people who actually like the show. Like I know Seth Green likes the show but he hasn't been relevant in years, I doubt a lot of people even know it's him doing the voice of Chris in Family Guy. Jeremy Piven should host the Monday before the entourage movie comes out, that guy loves WWE, whoever saw him guest host knows, he had the absolute time of his life that night

I never saw the appeal of Wale.
He's better than Wiz though.

I thought you made a spelling mistake and meant Wales.
I have no idea who Wale is...

Because they'd rather have people who know nothing about the company make fools of themselves on national television when they attempt to sound like they've watched a show more recently than the Attitude Era.

I'm not sure if Wale has the big name power that someone like Wiz does? Wale's albums have all been considered flops so far.
I still think WWE should use him, he actually has a deeper than surface level understanding of the WWE. Seems like WWE is barely warming up to hip-hop.

i'm sure if Wale was backstage at an event he'll mark the F#$k out. If they go to Washington D.C. (his hometown) and want a guest star they'll use him. BTW Razor Freestyle is great.

Hell yea Wale is the s**t! I can't wait for "The album about nothing" coming out next Tuesday. Like everyone has said he is a big wrestling fan and in a few of his songs he does have a lot of wrestling references. I know I saw him during Summer Slam in the audience.

I'm confused. When I read the thread topic I was trying to figure out why the OP misspelled "Whale". Now I am guessing this is a person.
