I was thinking about this the other day, my conclusion came to Scott Steiner, what do you guys think? Height and weight don't count, I'm talking in terms of built muscle. Despite this being in the WWE thread, feel free to mention wrestlers from other federations, but I'd imagine WWE would hold the wrestler with this title in their alumni somewhere.

Why is THIS a creepy thing to ask? You support a business that has extremely muscular men covered in baby oil grappling one another.. And the only way to win is by covering the other man for a few seconds.
Some people have interest in physical fitness.. Don't judge a PRO WRESTLING fan for asking which PRO WRESTLER has one of the best muscular builds of all time.. I think that's a fair question considering any wrestler that makes it big is physically fit and muscular. Anyone acting like this is a weird topic is a weird person..
Fitness and wrestling go hand and hand people... Grow up.
