The facts remain, the items are not received, it cannot be sugar coated or explained away, items have been paid for but not received. Claim for them Fact remains that it was delivered and will show as delivered on the tracking. After that there is nothing that can be done. Good point, if tracking shows "delivered" nothing can be done beside probably getting the carrier fired/suspended.

I blame the economy. Kids today can't get jobs in this competitive job market. Consequently they don't have the necessary income required to be able to legally purchase the wrestling action figures they need to survive. They've been forced by circumstance to resort to crime!!!

Hey guys. Crappy day. Got home from work excited to get my HBK exclusives and it wasn't there. I saw a cop on my block talking to a neighbor about a package that had been thrown across the street. I was hoping that this situation didn't affect my packages I was waiting on. Sadly a neighbor came over and brought me an empty box she had found outside and low and behold some punk kids had stolen it right from my door and taken the figures. I know it's a Hail Mary because it's not on Ringside for this - but any chance they take mercy and refund the order? Anyone else been in a situation like this? It's just horrible cuz I waited 6 months for this and I can't trust this street anymore. Awful thing people do. Im from the UK, Royal Mail would never leave a parcel unattended outside of a house etc. If no-one was in they would leave a card and you'd collect it or have it redelivered.

I'm assuming the payouts come from all the eBay seller fees, unless they're insured, I don't know.

In the UK diffreent couriers have different standards when it comes to door stepping items. I work for Royal Mail and it is a sackable offence to leave any items on a doorstep even if it states on the package to do so. On my deliveries I see companies like Hermes and Yodel just leaving stuff all the time, a lot of the time in view of anyone walking past. Why companies/sellers cant pay the extra £/$ just to have a signature on delivery. Most charge enough anyway!! It would ensure safe delivery and there would be no disputing the delivery of an item saving them having to send out replacements. I think royal mail and amazon are the only ones who actually wait for you to open the door. All the other companies leave the stuff outside in full view of everyone.

If the USPS is anything like UPS when I worked there they will take responsibility and have their loss prevention look into it. But I am not sure who (RSC or OP) has to file the claim.

As of last night around 10PM, Ringside did email me back asking for confirmation since I had used a different email address to order than the one I sent them to tell them about the situation. They asked me to confirm the order number and take a picture of the package. It looks like they are at least looking into this. I also filed a police report so that they could cross check the order being stolen. I will provide updates. I know that Ringside does not have to do anything here but it shows class that they are at least looking into it. I have been a customer for over 10 years so maybe they would take that into consideration. And for the record, I am not looking for a "refund". If they could replace the figures, it would make my day. If not, lesson learned and I will be starting to deliver packages to my work moving forward. Thanks everyone for your support here! Love you guys!

Leaving a package on your front door step does not constitute being delivered. The courier is at fault for this.

I hate that this happened, but I tend to think that this is a personal problem and not ringsides. I know if it was my package I would be pi$$ed, but on the other hand I also know that ringside can't replace every stolen thing especially since it made it to its destination. No way of really proving that it was taken.

I think your best bet would be to presue criminal charges on the theives and ask for a small discount on your next order, which I assume would be a replacement HBK I would have it shipped to a friend or family members home this time to avoid any further problems.

Get one of those plastic garbage/storage sheds. My brother has one from when he used to have his business. He had a few packages stolen
