Help, When were these Elite attires worn ?

I have a big collection of Elites, and for the majority of the figures I know at what event or promo shots they were worn at. however there are few that I have no clue if they were worn at a certain events or not.   

- Elite 1 Edge---think about when the series came out. 2010. So it was probably worked on in 2009. So google WWE 2009 Edge
- Elite 1 Cm Punk-----same as Edge. Google WWE 2009 CM Punk
- Elite 2 TripleH-------google WWE 2010 Triple H
- Elite 3 HBK
- Elite 6 Cm Punk
- Elite 11 Cm Punk
- Elite 20 Cm Punk---fantasy attire based on the fact that Punk likes Pepsi and the Cubs (blue, red, white colors)
- Elite 20 Y2J-----WrestleMania 28
- Elite 30 Batista ------based on Royal Rumble 2014....but has wrong logo on back of trunks because of copyright, and has boots instead of shoes.
- RSC Cm Punk---------2007 ECW.......has wrong logo on back of trunks because they wanted to mix it w/ his ROH yellow trunks attire
- RSC Edge------------
- RSC Rock--------WrestleMania 14



Any info on when or where the above attires were worn, would be greatly appreciated.
