I don't follow the Cena basics much, so I'm wondering... Is the signature series the only one we're getting of him with the red armbands? It'd be quite a departure from when the old red armband Cena was released 498755745985985875654443498 times.

It's in Basic 52. I wouldn't be shocked if they shoehorned it into a Battle Pack.

I agree with the guess that a straight reissue of this one will make it into a Battlepack much like Undertaker did last year in his RIP PB tights again and again.
Basic 52 Cena will be black jhorts with the red band and new scan. I actually think that one looks really sharp. I feel like the minority in saying that I think his new scan is cool.

My bad. I knew both the '14 Sig Series and B53 Cena's both have red armbands, didn't know almost everything else was different. Sorry.
I think the red armbands with smiling scan and kaki shorts will probably be the only one like it. The one with the angry scan and black shorts will be done to death for the foreseeable future.

Tbh I've lost track of Cena's colors. I liked it better when he'd have a specific color gear for a certain amount of time, get a new color and keep it for a while, etc. It seems like lately he changes too much. Or maybe I've gotten too lazy to keep up, lol. What time period IS the Sig series fig based off of?

Honestly if cena is in elite 37 I hope its not the red attire I'd hope it's the blue with cloth shirt or the U.S. Title who knows what , Mattel logic : Its probably his red and black attire since its their favorite color scheme to do
