Amazing. I made this thread ten days ago. Told sheamus would be a better match for lesnar, and bashed by a few. Now today Kevin Owens threads are everywhere and he's all over twitter. Oh the difference a week makes. I've loved Kevin Owens for nearly eight years now, but Sheamus/Lesnar interests me slightly more. I'd love to see both though.

However, that's about all he could do against Lesnar.

Ever since he returned at the Royal Rumble, the dude has done nothing but deliver hard hitting, bad ass matches. Check out his excellent match with Cesaro at Night of Champions last year.

I will watch that on the network tonight and get back with you about it. His championship runs were awful though.

I just want new matches for Lesnar.
Except for Sheamus. I don't give a damn about him and I don't think a lot of people do either.
Sheamus is solid though, but not a big main event caliber star to take on Brock. At least in my eyes.

Of people that he hasn't worked, with the exception of Dean Ambrose and Randy Orton, who is another big main event caliber star to take on Brock over Sheamus?

But I haven't seen Sheamus hold a Heavyweight championship in probably two years unless I missed something and he hasn't actually main evented a ppv when he's been healthy in a long time. I just don't buy into him as a legit main eventer. Solid work. Stiff. Love his new entrance. Actually kinda like his new look. I'm simply not a fan and I don't buy into him as a ticket seller. He's a great mid to upper card guy. I just don't see people rushing to the network to subscribe to see Lesnar face Sheamus in one of the three-four biggest shows that Brock works.

There is nobody else left if we're just looking at big time main events. Another match with Reigns, one with Rollins, one with Orton and maybe an Ambrose one covers another year and a half or so of Brock. A rebuilt heel Sheamus would be an excellent opponent for face Brock. It's all about the booking.

He needs to stay away from kiss my arse matches. Far away. He needs to destroy mid card baby faces and remind the fans weekly. Have him kayfabe injure jobbers and play of the DB situation. Shiz like that. But you're right, with a lack of big time players, it's not going to get too far with Brock and his three year deal. And he might resign after that too. He's hotter than a firecracker every time he shows up even after being absent for so long. Brock is big money and they need to get fresh guys in the ring with him starting in 2016. I fully expect a SummerSlam match vs Rollins or Reigns or both
