So I just watched the match.... Rollins was able to hit Lesnar with the following moves: -Flying knee off the top rope while Lesnar had a standing Kimura on Cena -Dropkick on the outside where Lesnar's shoulder hit the post -Superkick to Lesnar wile Lesnar was trying to German suplex Cena -Curb stomp after 3 AA's to Lesnar from Cena -Elbow drop off the top rope through the announce table AFTER Cena hit Lesnar in the head with the steps. Then Lesnar layed on the floor for 9 minutes while Cena and Rollins wrestled. Rollins also hit Lesnar in the head with the MITB briefcase 2 times but it didn't even phase Brock who got RIGHT up and F5'd Rollins for the win. So yeah....after closer inspection of the Royal Rumble match, Seth Rollins couldn't do ANYTHING to touch Brock unless Cena had just done something to Brock. Everything Rollins tried on his own he got swatted out of the air like a mosquito. There lies my fear; have they built Lesnar up TOO much, is he TOO unbeatable? Someone said about Punk and Lesnar working; I just think what it all comes down to is the build, if they can build Rollins in the next month to be a force that Lesnar should be scared of or atleast make Rollins look like he can hang with Lesnar then good, you've sold it. BUT I doubt Lesnar is gonna be around all that much in the run up so its gonna be real hard to get this going; after all you cant hurt someone, or even attack them if they dont show up Punk was atleast shown to be a threat, he didn't back off and for Lesnar, thats what works in feuds against him, always has, if his opponent is fearless and just goes for it, its a fun feud and works. This then ties back to what I said earlier in the thread; they had Rollins run off which they just shouldn't have done, I get Lesnar is a monster but to essentially waste one of the precious spots they will have together on simply having Rollins ****-out, just doesn't sit well with me. Makes it boring, if Rollins is too afraid of Lesnar, then whats the point? Plus, who's face and who's heel in this feud? Is Rollins the underdog, or is Lesnar the returning conqueror? Brock is scheduled to be there: June 22 (RAW) July 4 (Japan) July 6 (RAW) July 13 (RAW) July 19 (Battleground) July 20 (RAW) So Lesnar is going to be there a lot in the next month. But they didn't get off on a good start with Rollins have poopy pants face and sulking away from Brock.

They haven't started great, but have Lesnar get attacked by Seth one week and after that he has confidence - thats the big thing going into this match, Rollins NEEDS confidence and to be going in looking like a threat and like he can deal with Lesnar. They do that and they have a compelling match that people want to see and are interested in. Though I do think Reigns is either coming out or Ambrose is or hell, even both to set up their respected matches

I love how the lines are blurred in this feud. It's basically Heel vs. Heel. (The fans will be behind Lesnar, but still) Which leads me to believe Ambrose or another babyface will jump into the mix just in time for Summerslam.

Anybody who thinks Rollins can't have a good match with Lesnar need only look back to Punk/Brock from two years ago. Based on size alone you wouldn't give Punk a chance yet he and Brock put on a really good match that Punk was in a believable position to win before interference from Heyman cost him the match. If Punk could do it, Rollins should be able to as well. Also, since he is the "cowardly heel" he can always win via heelish chicanery.

I'm still not sure what the plan is for Summerslam right now. I think Rollins is going to win this some what unconventionally. I just have a hard time coming to terms with Lesnar not winning, and if he loses his first Match back on his return it will be a lot of the 'unbeatableness' about Lesnar disappear straight away. They could either build it and go for a Lesnar vs Shield Fatal Four Way at Summerslam, or if not then I guess we are getting Triple H vs Seth Rollins along with Brock Lesnar vs Sheamus.

I'm not really digging the heel vs heel dynamic and story arc that the Authority are putting their investment to the test to prove his worth. Unless there is an ulterior motive... Maybe a swerve? They want Brock to decimate Seth in order to introduce a new chosen one in Roman Reigns.

The only man on the roster who could handle Lesnar in a match is Kevin Owens. I love Owens but he would look like an alcoholic who just walked out of the crowd if he were to face Lesnar

Its simple. Mitb .. . Hope he does what seth did, so shemus/lesnar go at it, rollins just waits to capitolise.
As far as earlier, seth retreated slowly and smartly, look at what brock did to staff after wm . . . . Seth doesnt want injury before a match, and he'll play it smart, as mentioned land on feet after a suplex etc. Evade and attack the legs to trip brock and attach when lesnars grounded. This will be more a storytelling match than a wrestling one.

I have high hopes for this match. I see Brock Lesnar just straight up winning the belt back. Triple H can be disappointed in Seth leading to a Summerslam match for them. Roman can challenge Brock so they can finally decide who the better man is then have Sheamus cash in like Rollins and win it.
