The black and white gear is definitely better.

Overall I actually like the figure. The black and white is the nWo for me. I agree about the headscan, after 3 figure made with it (DM, RSE and BP) i hope a new scan will be made.
Regarding the kneepads it's a strange situation: Hall always weared kneepads that are difficult to classify in the "Mattel sizes". They weren't small but they weren't even long, it's in the middle.

Why all the hate? Hall wore the white a lot too. The knee pads kinda suck but not a deal breaker. Solid exclusive if u ask me.

can' believe they stuck with that sculpt, that chest hair and still incorrect elbow pads. the razor wasn't worth the money and that for certain means this one isn't. i already have this from toybiz and jakks and that will do

I assumed they made the Scott Hall black and white so that it could go together well with the black and white NWO Hogan. But then poor E16 Nash is alone in red *sheds tear and proceeds to tear quad* I knew this was coming, poor Nash and his quad jokes. LMAO!

With the exception that he should be bigger and the elbow pads both being printed (which every company got wrong) there's nothing wrong with the figure. The long knee pads are the most accurate for Hall's. Still don't understand that hate for the head. Looks like Hall to me.

They got the kneepads right on Razor, I hope there's time to change these still. Those sleeves should never be used again honestly, they are too long for almost everybody they use them for, they don't bend well and make a double jointed knee completely pointless.

Don't worry. I see a nWo themed Target elite 4 pack coming from this. Wolfpack Sting (repaint, no cloth coat) Nash ( repaint no belt) Scott Hall ( repaint, black/Red) Luger ( black trunks, white boots) All with cloth Wolfpack nWo shirts! Swap out sting or luger for Syxx and I'm there. Nash had MANY great red/black attires

That may be true, but it's still 5 steps higher than a Waltman! A Waltman! I mean don't even think that let alone say it again! Seriously did you even look at what you typed before hitting the submit button?!

Let's fund a trip to China so we can steal the molds. I'd be so happy if we never saw those on another figure again. The only reason to want a white Hall is if you: A) Only know him from his 2002 run B) Really enjoyed WCW when it started getting terrible C) Don't realize that he always wore red during the original nWo's run Now someone make a damn new Curt Hennig!

TBH i never understood why Hall & Nash started in Black and Red when the nWo was black and white, Hall still continued to wear Black and Red even when Nash made the Wolfpac. It was only when they faced each other he finally wore Black and White. I think the knee pads will be changed along with the elbow pad. Just look at last years Ramon proto. It was changed.

Hall's prominent look was the red and black, it should have been first. I like the black and white, I wanted both looks, but Mattel should have gone iconic look first.
I'm not so much bothered by that as I am the knee pads though. That's my real complaint. They did the exact same thing with Razor though and he ended up with the right pads upon release. So hopefully the same deal happens here.
Hall was barely in the Wolfpac and he ended being one of their main rivals during the bulk of the 98 run leading up to like a month before Starrcade 98. Nash, Luger, Macho, Konan and then Sting made up the Pac during the height of their commercial success. I mean I guess if Mattel did a Hall, Nash and X-pac set in the red and black it would be fine. Anything with the Wolfpac logo though should be the core group.
I'm guessing Mattel wanted the black and red for mass retail. However, given the nature of Hall's personal... demons, we have no guarantee we will see that release. I hope we get a red and black version in the near future, maybe something with a new scan, and that way we have both. I'll be ordering the Ringside version. Fingers crossed on the knee pads from me.

The Razor/Hall head looks like Rick Bognar to me.

My only complaint is the head scan being the same from Razor, otherwise it's a great figure. IMO.
