Hello everyone, It's been a while since I made a thread on here, but I'll get right to the point.
A couple of my figures (B7 Sheamus and WM27 John Morrison specifically) rattle when they move and it drives me nuts, is there any way to fix that? I'm not experienced with torso cracking and I don't want to permanently mess up my figures.

Dude that kills me. But I found it best to heat the head up and pop it off and shake till the piece comes out and heat the head back up pop on and boom problem solved.

Both my SDCC Undertakers are like that. I cracked the first one open and it was a broken peg from where you connect the two pieces of the torso together. There's really no way to get rid of it unless you split the torso. That is unless of course the piece is small enough to fall out on its own.

I HATE rattling.
My e16 Diesel , E12 Kane, and E18 Taker have developed one. And those are some of my favorite figures. I somehow was able to pull the broken pieces out of the back of e16 diesel ab crunch though , and he is now rattle free
Gotta get them out of taker now

Somehow it happens to my favorites who remain un-touched on the shelf rather than good old sin cara who gets thrown around on a daily basis

My Legends Vader rattles. Maybe I'll try the head popping trick.

So by popping the head do you guys mean removing the peg too?

My Survivor Series heritage big show does this and I think my Elite 4 kane used too as well. On JAKKS figures it was normally a piece broke which would make the arms, and other parts wobbly/super loose however on my mattels that have rattled this isn't the case they are just fine. I think if you opened opened up the figure you would find the problem however your figure will be destroyed/broke lol:)

Never had a rattling problem with any Jakks or Mattel figure. Or any other figure line I collect for that matter. But if I did and felt the need to make it stop I would prrbably pop the head and shake it until the piece fell out.

Wow, thank you @ewilliams7237, the figure head removal and shake trick worked, it didn't work the first time, then the second time I shook the figures really hard and then it went away, no more rattling. Now I can do my matches in peace.
