The only thing they're worth is the lifelong regret you'll feel when you sell all your best, hard-to-find figs and get back into collecting in a year or two. I never regretted not selling a figure.

You're gonna make more money piecing them out. If somebody buys in bulk, they expect a deal. Also, good luck finding someone with an interest in Mattel figures but none on hand who's willing to buy all those. You could maybe get an ebay scalper to buy them off you for cheap, but why not make that money back for yourself?
