I liked it, but I think it's one of the movies I'll like more the more I see it. Probably wait a week or two and try to see it again. I do wish the scene from the trailer wasn't cut out. And I think they missed a big opportunity...
When Mysterio was messing with Peter's mind, I thought that would have been a great time to show us Uncle Ben. Maybe a flashback or even have Peter visualizing him berating Peter. Something/anything to acknowledge Uncle Ben more than a suitcase with his initials.
Were you talking about the whole Multiverse mention? I heard they are supposed to release a mini-movie along with all the extras following the story of the other scene in the trailer that was left out. I guess a little bit similar to the original Spider-Man teaser with the criminals escaping in the helicopter that gets trapped in the giant web.

Enjoyed Far from Home. I thought the Mysterio angle was very clever. the post credit scenes....LOVED the first one.
Thought it showed Peters brainy nature up very well and represented his struggle between being a teen and Spidey VERY well

No, I meant the part where he was fighting all the gunmen in the first trailer. And he joked with the cops about doing their job. I liked the banter and was looking forward to that scene.

Yeah, that one apparently is a clip from an exclusive little side story they are gonna release too. I would have liked seeing it too but they have so many crazy extras and 'exclusive this and that' now lol.

Just seen Far From Home. Really liked how they portayed Mysterio, was good to see a more cerebral villain and also Peter using his intellect as well as his powers was good to see. Enjoyed the after credits stuff, think they've got a lot of potential directions to go now. The only thing that is kind of a problem is that now with the Avengers stuff, you're constantly thinking why couldn't the other heroes just help Spiderman? They explained a few away, but you still have the likes of Ant-Man, Black Panther and Dr. Strange unaccounted for. You could easily say they went into hiding, still mourning, not responding etc, but I feel any future movies are gunna have to keep explaining why the other heroes aren't there.

Strange is in NYC, Ant-man San Fran, Panther Wakanda. It's essentially the Captain Marvel excuse of having their own sh*t to deal with at the time. Although, I think some of what we saw in the movie was "Fury" pushing Peter to become the man Tony thought he would become. So it's almost deliberate that Peter is the only one who can help imo. I think geographically they're all far enough away that you'll avoid that problem in most cases. Thor, the Guardians and Carol can almost always be off world. Taiki Waititi signs deal to write & direct Thor 4. Man that's great news....Thor:Ragnarok was absolutely brilliant. I think Thor being a core Avenger and still getting films is really important to the future of the MCU. I really loved his dynamic with the Guardians. I hope we see more of it moving forward, at least with Thor and Rocket. I'm guessing we see Jane Foster back in 3 or 4 since we got her in Endgame.

Portman's scenes in Endgame was "Left overs" from TDW. I highly doubt we'll see Jane Foster again. I do believe we will get Lady Sif and Beta Ray Bill though.

I had no idea there were Korbanite's already established in the MCU (Apart from Beta Ray Bill on the Grandmaster's Palace.) Will be super interesting to see how they look up close, because surely they'll have to be CGI, right?

You know, after that post-credit scene at the end of Far From Home, I feel like Peter could use a lawyer. If only New York had a good lawfirm with a blind ninja or something.

Yeah probably Black Widow footage but I wouldn’t expect more than that. They’re definitely going to unveil more at D23.

It's not gonna be an hour and a half without atleast 6 movies. They announced like 8 movies for Phase 3 in 30 minutes.
