hello, i wanted to ask if someone knows if the parts from both entrance stages playsets can be mixed and switched between each other? i mean, do the minitrons from the old stage fit on the new stage? can i easily replace the minitrons? do the parts looks the same with just the exception of the breakway part? can the ramps be switched? does the old one fit just the same as the new one is? what about that rectangular part that breaks on the floor? can i put the old one where the new stage breaks apart in the middle? thanks

I have both. Here's what I discovered:
1. Not all parts are interchangeable between both stages. 2. The WWE logo entrance sign is the only thing from the old set that can be used on the new set. 3. The new Minitron/Ribbon pieces cannot work with each other. They re-molded the piece for the new stage, as they're curved differently. Furthermore, the pegs that hook the Titantron portion to the Minitron/Ribbon are shaped differently--the old one uses round pegs, the new one are wider, rectangular pegs. 4. The new Minitron/Ribbon has the breakaway section in the middle, which makes it difficult to display logos, as there's a raised border around each breakaway portion. In addition, there are no "clips" on the edge of the Minitron/Ribbon to support printouts, like the old one had. 5. Ramps cannot be switched. They have different shapes that connect them to the stage. I had a 2nd set of the old stage, and had to trim the ramp to get it to fit with the new one. 6. You cannot use the old breakaway section on the new breakaway section. The new one is fused into the stage. The only way to keep it from folding in on itself is by putting some sort of object underneath it. 7. Random note--stage area for figures to stand on, with the new one, is less space than the old one. On the old stage, I could set Stone Cold's ATV on the end of it, without issue. On the new stage, the same ATV can BARELY fit on the right side of the stage.
That's all I got. The new stage is great if you wanna be current & utilize a tablet; the LED lights are nifty (could've been a better feature). However, the old stage is better, in terms of presentation & usage.

It's my pleasure. I'm glad my experience with the new stage has proved to be helpful. I hope others find this beneficial. ^_^
Considering the new stage is $50-$60, if money is an issue, do not get it. You can spruce up your old stage by easily printing out whatever new logos/colors you need for the Titantron & Minitrons/Ribbon; you'll just have to accept the inaccurate scratch logo on the stage, & the wrong positioning of the overhead banner. =)

Oh... & the new stage has the issue of finding a compatible tablet to work with it, if you want to utilize that feature. Which is exactly what I'm doing today--taking the Titantron piece to Best Buy, throwing it on the counter, & saying, "GIMMIE A TABLET THAT FITS THIS, PERFECTLY. PEREFERABLY A DROID." XD

Absolutely. And FYI... the new Surface 3 tablet at Best Buy seems to be a perfect fit for it. $500, though. =/
