As I was thinking about possible Legends and Flashbacks that could go in the Elite of HOF lines, I remembered that Stevie Ray signed a legends deal. So if he ends up with a figure made, would that make him the first wrestler to never enter a WWE ring to get one? At first I thought Kevin Von Erich, but apparently he wrestled a dark match in 91 (probably not televised) and then helped beat up Rob Conway with other legends at the Homecoming Raw in 2005.
Did I miss someone?

Idk But I'd love Alex wright and disco inferno and I think they were only wcw. Pretty sure FTC tried to get Alex Wright and they were told he lives in Germany and doesn't really care for any wrestling merch Edit: Yeah Kevin Von Erich wrestled one match and won. Technically he's 1.000 in the WWE; not something a lot of guys could say

Yes Kevin did have a match or two in the WWE. If they ever released the Magnum TA I think he would have been the first. I don't ever remember him having a match in the WWF/WWE.

All the Von Erichs had a few matches in the WWE mostly back in the 80s. Magnum would technically be the first as I dont recall him ever stepping foot in a WWE ring.

For about three months, the prototype Sting was the only one. I don't think there are any right now.

Kenta Kobashi Mitsuharu Misawa Keiji Mutoh/Great Muta Vampiro Bruiser Brody I think its safe to say we'll never get any of those as flashbacks anyway, however Brody spent time in the old WWWF and Im pretty sure Muta, and Misawa had matches for wwe while they were on tour in Japan.

I was thinking about this too, but doesn't the guy have to be in the HOF to have a fig in the HOF line?

Jushin Liger has never wrestled a wwe match just nxt So I think that does count as he has not been on the main roster. Larry Zbyssko and Midnight Express Eaton are others possibly. Glacier.
