What's up, I'm going to my first ever Wizard World Con, and I'm meeting Taker and Rollins on the same day.
I already purchased my Undertaker VIP months ago and Rollins just got announced. I bought an autograph and photo op for Rollins, but not VIP since I already have the Taker VIP which includes 3 day admission to WW.
Anyway, my question is are my auto and photo ops for Rollins pretty guaranteed? I know VIP's get the speed pass, which I have for Taker but not Rollins. Rollins signs at 10:30 am and Taker starts at 1 pm. Basically I'm afraid ill get caught up waiting in Rollins line, and I'm also afraid they might cut the line off since I'm GA for Rollins. And if for some crazy reason the GA line for Rollins gets cut short, will I get a refund for my tickets? Because they were $40 and $45 each. I've never been to one an I'm quite nervous and clueless about how these events go.
Thanks for any help.

What time is Rollins scheduled to sign until?
Generally they get all the ticketed people through in the allotted time.... unless the talent is late to the event (which happens occasionally, but not often).
Typically the signings aren't more than 2-3 hours - so I think you should be fine to get to 'Taker in time (especially since you have a VIP for 'Taker)....
I have yet to attend a prepaid signing where they cut people off & people who paid didn't get to meet the wrestler....

Rollins is doing photo ops from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. That whats kind of worries me, 45 minutes to get all the VIPs and GA. But I guess photo ops are pretty quick. Then Seth is doing auto graphs from 11:15 am-1:00 pm. Taker's photo ops start at 1:00pm, and signing starts at 2:45 pm. There's a little bit of a time where they cross, but I'm guessing as long as I get into the photo line for taker before 2:45 ill be OK as long as photo ops are still going on? I've seen mixed reviews for how well WW runs these that's why I'm a little worried as well.

I get nervous every time.... and every time, it's worked out better than I expected.... They generally know what they're doing when they plan these things & take all of it into account.

I've never been to one an I'm quite nervous and clueless about how these events go. Thanks for any help. I'm gonna give you the keys to the castle and solve your problem. Follow this and you will have ZERO problems. You are right to be concerned about missing Rollins. WW attendance is for the most part, very strong. UT being there will cause others to be flying in from all around the world. If they are gonna come for him....they are gonna come for Rollins. Rollins WILL get his photo ops done without issue. They go INCREDIBLY fast. The autographs will take 10x longer. If you do not have VIP, expect yourself to have quite a bit of a wait. You will have people in his auto line, while you are in the photo line. Here's the fix. STAY at the Rollins line. UT's line, you have VIP. Wait Rollins line out and you will get him and not be forced into a refund. DO NOT leave the Rollins line for UT....EXCEPT for the photo op. You CANNOT miss the photo op. Not sure if this WW is doing UT GA photos or if its VIP only, but you can wait it out till the last minute with the VIP badge. You will not miss him. Once you are done with Rollins, UT should either be done or still doing his VIP line. If the VIP line is still going, simply get to the back of the VIP line. If you get lucky and UT finishes the VIP line.....you can walk to the front of the line and let WW know you are VIP. They will immediately stop the GA line and you will be allowed to the front. You have the VIP badge, which allows you front of the line access ahead of all GA customers. Also, IF the Rollins autograph line is running slow and its time for UT photo op.....tell a WW volunteer the issue. Most of them are very good about holding your spot and letting you out to get your UT photo op and returning back to your spot in the Rollins line. I know it sounds crazy, but they are trained to do so. WW does NOT want to give refunds. At WW Philly, the WW staff was so great in helping me make my photo ops and autos and I had like 6 photo ops and 10 auto lines I needed to hit. I would NEVER have gotten it all done in the same day without them holding my spot in line.
