Hey all, looking for a bit of advice with DSLRs. I've had my eye on the Canon 700D, but not sure what's better/as good for less. Wanting to spend around £400ish, but obviously the less the better Cheers!

I got a Canon Rebel T3i a few years back and it's been such a solid camera. I want to say it's the version after the 600D? Anyways, I didn't know too much about DSLR's at the time either, but Canons functions are essentially easier to understand whereas Nikons are generally more complex - not by too much of course, but overall. It didn't take me long to get comfortable with my Canon and it works great, both for photography and film, even more so depending on the type of lens is on. That's what I've used for my Youtube videos. The price range is probably around $600 (it about $800 around the time I bought it) which is a fairly great deal for an awesome product you'll enjoy and can be just as good as some of the more expensive cameras.

I got my Cannon T3i a year ago. Love it so much, just need to get a better handle on manual settings and such. Here's an example of pics I took a year ago, and pics I took last week (all with the T3i) A year ago: Last week: You could probably tell I'm not very proud of those earlier shots lmao

That Sting picture is amazing. The figure in the picture with Miz looks like down syndrome Dolph Ziggler.

I use the Canon T3i for shooting local Indy wrestling shows & my son's baseball games, I love the camera.... Here's a sample shot I took with it about two weeks ago at the Lancaster Championship Wrestling show: For WWE events, or other shows where cameras with long lenses are prohibited, I picked up the Canon Powershot G1X Mark II, which is much more compact, but still takes great shots & has a great zoom! Here's a shot I took with the G1X Mark II about three weeks ago at RAW.... I also use the G1X for most photo signings, since I have to have someone else take the photo - it's a little easier this way. Here's my nWo photo from this past weekend.... Good luck & have fun!

I use a Nikon D5000, it's a slightly older model but great for beginners. Very easy to use.
