Honestly, is their even a point for Dixie Carter and the people who have money in this venture? I understand why wrestlers are still working there obviously, but i've always wondered why Dixie Carter continues to put time and money into something that has never turned a significant profit.
I understand that money has been invested and you want to see something through, but isn't there a line somewhere?

I remember Heyman saying on Jericho's(?) podcast that ECW hardly turned a loss ever, until the deal he brokered towards the end of its days went south and he lost his investment into it, because some guy screwed him over. All in all, he said he lost about $7 million I think.
And according to Heyman, that's how much TNA were losing PER MONTH back in in 2010.
I don't care what Dixie Carter's trying, you lose that much in an actual publicly traded company, you'd get fired in your second month easy. But no one would invest in TNA apart from Dixie (with her daddy's money) so no big deal.

Regardless, Heyman wouldn't be privy to that information.

I have a hard time believing that Dixie doesn't get funded by her parents. Especially with all the comp tickets they've had to give at house shows where only 80-some people paid. I really doubt that her international deals are enough to keep the company a float without daddy's money. I honestly think that in a year or two, they're either going out of business, or there's going to be a change in ownership. I hope it's the second one cause the wrestlers need a place to work, even if only 200, 000 people watch weekly.

Because they want it to succeed? This is one of the weirder complaints about TNA I've seen.

If the CEO is having the company lose money he'll get fired and a new CEO will take the place. That fact that Dixie is still running TNA is pretty shocking.

Because someway somehow TNA always manage to solider on through whatever comes their way. I would have thought that by now, somewhere on the ownership papers, it would say 'Vince McMahon'.

That fact that Dixie is still running TNA is pretty shocking. No it isn't. The only reason TNA lived past the first couple of months in 2002 was Dixie Carter's parents. And it remains so today -- if her parents weren't funding the company as a vanity project for her, there wouldn't be a company at all. So it's not at all shocking that she's still running it.
