I received the proof copy of my first novel in the mail. Most of those who also frequent the Entertainment board know I work on film stuff, but this was a HUGE personal accomplishment, and feels great. Anyone who's a fan of 80s slashers, horror, or reading...recommend checking it out (Cheap plug: can find it on Amazon, coming out Halloween!) I know there are some other creatives on here, what are you up too? What do you have coming? Share! Link: Headless Novel

Nice, though! My 2nd book will be a "for all ages" horror/comedy about Krampus...releasing it on Christmas Eve. Then my 3rd will be a novelization of my first Feature, Aftermath. I have like -- 6? potential "Headless" books planned out, plus 3 in the Aftermath series so far, and I've got a superhero and a sci-fi one I want to do... Only problem with both writing AND filmmaking -- too many voices in my head at once.

If I did non-fiction it would very likely be about cryptids etc as well...
Or a sort of meta-relationship therapy type book or something lol

Robert69 Congratulations man, this is awesome. I've always wanted to write a book and I still plan to, I have 2 ideas in mind, it's just not a top priority for me. But I'm very happy for you.

Make it happen! Even if you only write a 100 words a day, before you know it, you'll have a book. Can never prioritize a desire/passion so low that you don't make time for it at least once in a while! What is life for, if not to pursue what we love?

DUDE! That's awesome! I'm definitely going to pick up a copy, seems right up my alley! I'm currently right in the middle of shooting an indie film, which I'm starring in... and I'm also writing my first short film which I'll also hopefully be co-directing. If anybody is interested in checking out the film I'm working on, here's the facebook page: www.facebook.com/GoodDayFilm?fref=ts&ref=br_tf

Not much of a reader myself, however my sister is, and given she likes Sleepy Hollow (the show), she'll love this. Just added it to my wishlist for Christmas.

Been hard at work on my 2nd book which is coming on Christmas Eve! This novella, in the vein of the classic Goosebumps books, will be for young and old readers alike... And will feature a main character that suffers from cerebral palsy in an attempt to create a new "hero" for individuals that don't get much attention in the media spotlight! I give you Krampus: The Holiday Hellraiser! (link for e-book pre-order is LIVE) 2nd Book
