Both. Id like autographs, but no one ever comes here and signings are awkward to me. Pay a bunch of money to stand in line and meet someone for a minute.
I like the TOYS and toys gotta come out to play. Mint and sealed should be a personal thing because mass produced collectables dont hold value like the old toys that didnt have that same "adult collector" mentality attached.

That's not entirely true though, how much was the first time in the line Bella BP in stores? How much now? How much was the Randy Savage DM, the Big Boss Man Elite, Arn and Tully legends, L6 Warrior, the early RSC Exclusives, in fact most of the early elites are now worth more than they cost, quite a lot more in most cases. So they do hold their value, in fact they increase in value

Figures I really like I get extra to keep MIB/MOC, but for the most part everything is loose on shelves.

...I'm just amazed we haven't had the old "plastic prisons" comment yet...

I collect loose, I don't see the point in collecting MOC personally. I like to display how I wish and to sometimes play with them.

I'm very much a loose guy. Because it takes up less room for one and for two I just don't understand not opening them. The only two I haven't opened was DM Hogan (because I bought 2, it was the first DM I had seen and thought it looked amazing) and HOF Trish Stratus because she was coming to the Calgary Comic Expo and I thought I was going to be able to get down there and get it signed but I didn't. I will probably end up opening it but I need to find another figure I just want to keep MOC that I can put where she is now for the sake of symmetry. I'll take a pic one of these days to show you guys what I mean.

Some will value a FTITL Pack, others will simply wait for a rerelease or repaint in another mass produced quantity.

...I'm just amazed we haven't had the old "plastic prisons" comment yet... They can't breathe in those boxes! They'll die! Why punish them for the crime of simply being made in a factory!?!? Seriously, I open mine because of space and because I always have. There is no right or wrong way to do it. I tried several years ago to have a moc collection and it lasted a month or so before willpower ran out and I wanted to take all the stuff out and stare at it and play with it.
