So I got The Cell on Friday, and much to my (but mostly my girlfriend's) displeasure, it's too big for my display wardrobe. Which means back in the box it goes and into storage under the spare bed. Or so I thought
I've deconstructed it down to the roof, and I cannot pull the two roof panels apart for love nor money, the thing has even been in a hot bath, and all I've done is soften it up and bend it out of shape
Does anyone have any tips?

I have the same problem. It can't be done so you'll have to store it like that.

I've owned 2. Both times, the top stayed stuck together.

What has been done cannot be undone when it comes to that roof. Seriously, I was barely able to get the roof off the posts, but it can't come apart. Which seems like a weird design flaw. You should be able to disassemble them without too much difficulty.

I was planning on buying this thing. But not if it won't disssassemble and fit in my room when I'm not using it. What exactly won't separate guys? Just the big flat roof?

I was thinking about getting it and trying to rig it to work with my Jakks Hardcore ring. I did it with my basic cage the other day and I was reallllllly happy with the results. But after looking at the HIAC t seems those bottom black pieces that connect from the ring to the cell look pretty vital to the whole set up.

You can set it up without the black pieces, but it's not very sturdy if you do.

You don't need to black pieces for the hardcore ring, but if you are using the jakks ring gear ring post, the fitting is snug.

Yeah I'm using the ones that got packed separately and kinda stick out

I've since sold the cell, but I'm a hardcore ring advocate.

That's so funny, everybody has the same story. I remember trying to negotiate that roof apart so many times and it was not having it.
