I'm guessing an employee hid it in the back, then forgot about it and/or was fired and someone found it.

I need that Bossman. I would have grabbed that thing so fast...
Then I would have had to run by the clothing section for some new boxers because I would have surely crapped my pants seeing that figure hanging there!
