How do the Jakks TNA figures stack up to Mattel? Specifically the Jeff Hardy. I'm looking for a Hardy figure and the TNA brand is the only decent priced figure I can find.
Thanks

Jakks Jeff Hardy figures are taller than Mattel's Big Show figures. I'd recommend looking for a Toybiz TNA Jeff Hardy, as that is more in scale with Mattel figures.

Jakks was good for its time, but has not aged well.
Just wait on a Jeff Hardy. I'm sure he'll be back in a few years.
The absolute best Jakks Jeff Hardy produced was this one:
Don't waste your time with the TNA ones. They literally cannot stand up due to the mold Jakks used on his later DA figure.

Here's a pic of the Toybiz TNA Jeff Hardy. It's standing next to Evan Bourne and CM Punk. (Not my pic, I found it on google)

Yeah. The Toybiz Jeff is probably the best Jeff Hardy figures ever made accuracy wise, but kind of out of place as it only represents how he looked from 2003-2005. Still, an old school TNA mark like me loves it.

Tip: Get the Jeff Jarrett Toybiz jacket and put it on it. He wore an attire very similar to that a few times in 2004 and it looks sweet.

His r3 figures will fit in with Mattel's.

His r3 figures will fit in with Mattel's. That's what I was thinking.
I would think the R3 figure would be your best bet for height and body mass.

The shame about the Toybiz TNA one is that the headscan isn't very good and his leg has bad thigh gap. Had he stuck around, he probably would've gotten a crack at a figure in a later line. The difference between the early Toybiz waves and the last ones is miles apart. The later waves are top-notch and look great with Mattel.
Jakks R3 looks really awesome and has roughly the posability of a basic.

Why did they get rid of the r3 line so fast?

My 10 year old cousin has a TNA Jeff Hardy figure, and the last time I saw him, the figure was on his shelf next to a Mattel big show and it was like a head taller!

None of the R-3 Tech figures are accurate. It bothers me, but if it doesn't bother you, go for it.

Get an R3 Jeff Hardy, the head and legs work well with a basic c/w torso or a Dean Ambrose torso. You wont get better than that imo. As much as a Jakks fan I am, and long for their return, they wont fit in well with Mattel, RA or DA it'd probably be on par with a lesnar figure in terms of arm size
