They'll ask how much you spent on the figure and then well here's the email I got. Well hope it helps and good luck. and after all that they email you a shipping label so you can send them the figure back after that I don't know if they mail or email the voucher as I just glued the leg back on and kept the figure as it easier than cashing a voucher in any store here. Hi Gary, I am so glad you contacted us! I would be happy to help you, I just need a little more information from you. Please email us back the product and run codes that should be on the back of your figure or on the bottom of his feet. The product number will be 5 characters beginning with a letter and ending with a number. The run code will be 4 numbers followed by 2-3 letters or a letter and number. If unable to find, please give detailed description of the figure and what he is wearing, as well as any accessories that came with him. Looking forward to hearing back from you. Sincerely, Robin S. Mattel Consumer Services Associate How do you contact them by email? They have a form on their website. service.mattel.com/us/ContactUs.aspxIs your Google broken?

Whenever something happens to a product, the consumer always blames the manufacturer.
Its odd that so many people on here have these issues.
Yet, my little brother (and countless other kids) put their figures through the ringer for years and never have these issues.
Its not as big a problem as it seems.

All I did was call Mattel, you can only spend the voucher at major retail stores. (To my knowledge)

What he said! Don't like it than don't buy it. Pretty simple actually... Did you even read his post? He clearly had no idea when he purchased it that the hand was going to break off. I've experienced a number of stiff figures, which are mostly Elites, and I'm always afraid to move their arms or legs because they might break off. The paint issue has become a lot worse as well. When I first started collecting Mattel (which was when The Shield and Wyatt Family got their first Elite figures) I never looked at a figure before buying it and was just like, "Bray Wyatt!! Woohoo!!" But now I have to check them because I've picked them up and thought they looked off and tried to get the best one they had to offer. Most recently, this happened with about six different looking E36 Dean Ambrose figures-- none the hair was painted the same on them, which yes, made a huge difference in how he looked overall for me. My elite 36 Ambrose looks like he has a weird lumpy mutant head because of how the hair isn't painted properly. The quality control on the figures sucks lately and it seems to be getting worse every year. I'm scared to move elites' feet up and down because they're more likely to snap off than free up the stuck ankle joint.

My first Elite 19 Brock broke when I took it out the packaging and began trying to fix one of his hands because it wouldn't move. Put his wrist into boiling water for a full 45 seconds. As soon as I tried to turn the hand... Snap. Other than that and that E37 Brock I posted earlier, I've never had an issue.

Probably 90-95% of my Mattel figures I bought from 2010 through 2013 were fine.
2014-present, I see QC issues on much more of my figures and I see A TON of bad paint jobs at retail.
And I'm not in the boat of just taking it on the chin. Bill, as well as Mattel are big boys. If they can't take the QC as serious as is consumers then there is a problem. Questioning his effort or ability is asinine. But questioning the QC is legit.

People need to stop complaining about Mattel here. What he said! Don't like it than don't buy it. Pretty simple actually... But he liked the product so he bought it, he didn't know it was gonna snap in half..

Same thing happened with my E22 Kane, I asked ringside for a new figure and they sent a loose one, with the same problem, albeit. I made sure to heat that one up and pop off the hand and put in back in. It's still stiff but it can rotate now, I digress, don't know how Mattel is with vouchers. Never had to send one in.

Haven't had any break (yet, thankfully) but the amount of QC issues in the last 15 or so Elite series..
E29 Rowan spins like a mad man at the waist E28 Crush has the same waist spinning problem E40 Umaga's feet are stuck in a position that doesn't allow standing (have to prop him against my shelf) E25 Road Dogg's hand popped off out of the package E36 Ambrose's kendo stick hand is limpy and doesn't stay in place HOF Austin had a severely loose ab crunch (had to stick tape in middle) E31 Vader had extremely loose ab crunch (same as above) E31 Ambrosw had his dog collar put on in factory while his paint was still wet so it ripped his skin off upon removing
Etc..

There is QC issues on everything now a days. You will never get anything perfect. Thats impossible. Most people rant about the issues but continue to buy to keep ranting. Not saying thats what the post was about. My comment was fairly simple. Don't like don't buy. Trust me, Mattel may get the hint or say hello to jakks once again. I have bought fruit from the grocery store that was rotten on the inside. I didnt go online to complain about it. crap happens and we have to deal or they can make sure everything is perfect on each and every figure but than us collectors can't afford them anymore. It takes money to do all of this whoch is why they charge us x amount of dollars fornthe product. To keep it at those prices thats the quality we get. I feel like i am starting to rant so i will stop. My previous comment was not made to piss anyone off, it was just basic fact.

I started a little later than most, so it just thought it was normal. This is the thing... If it had always been like this, most of us would probably accept it. It's just the fact it's been good yet for some reason is nosediving with every set

He said when he opened his figure the peg snapped off. He clearly bought the item to either play with it or display it, he didn't intend for it to break when he opened the damn thing. It's like when you a buy a new car right, and you are perfectly driving it then all of a sudden the brakes go out, no fault of your own. Imagine if a bunch of people told you "Don't like cars? Don't buy it." "Well no idiot, I did want this car it just broke when I got it!" Some people on here.

I've giving you enough analogy's and common sense for you too see why that is so stupid and illogical, yet you fail too understand it. It's either extreme *** kissing or extreme stupidity.

I've opened hundreds of Mattel figures; never had one break on me. I've handled thousands of loose Mattels; never had one break on me. Now, I've had loose ones arrive broken, but these would likely be mail issues.
Paint applications, on the other hand, are a clear issue that doesn't seem to be improving.

I am not trying to be any kind of dude, I am respectful to everyone and have never gotten a warning, if that's what you are implying. I just found what you said very ridiculous and idiotic, if you disagree, that's perfectly fine. However keep things that most people think are absurd too yourself.

I agree, the quality control SUCKS! From poor paint applications to loose joints, to warped parts. But, to their credit, they've sent vouchers if you contact their customer service. But sometimes it doesn't cover the whole cost depending on where you buy the toy from.
