I think the rude figure looks more like Eddie with a moustache. Any thoughts

I think it looks like Rude. The only thing wrong with the figure is the size of the arms. Rude wasn't as small as Bryan/Punk yet that is the arms he gets while Dolph gets arms that rival guys like Cena.

It's a decent Rick Rude figure. It certainly looks like Rude. The only problem I have with it is the attire. It seems a bit bland to me.

this rude and the old rude figure suffer from the same problem of being bottom heavy. rude was top heavy. he had a jacked upperbody and skinny legs. so to me neither of his figures resemble him at all. and it's disappointing. he shouldve somehow got the new skinny tall lex luger boots

It's no so much arms, because if Rude was the only figure I was ever going to own it would look great. It is more of a scale thing, because if Mattel give guys who were larger built guys (Rude/L1 Hawk/Gunn/Razor/etc) the same arms as smaller guys like (Punk/Bryan/Bret/etc) than the scale looks off when they are displayed together. Especially when many torsos are used on guys of all sizes. Rude/Orton/Dolph/Cody/Seth/Balor all share the same torso so it rests on the size of the limbs that help make the scale differences. That is why I haven't displayed a Dolph Ziggler Elite since his E15 figure, because he is way out of scale with the larger arms and thighs.

I think you've been hitting the sauce early today. It looks nothing like Eddie.

It looks like him, but I'll be passing on it. Bland attire, arms are too skinny, and I was never a fan of Rude.

And how many Jakks figures do you have displayed in your house? At least 50? Almost every CS and CSDA I own. But we knew we weren't getting scale with Jakks from day one no matter how much I hated and complained about it. But Mattel said they were focusing on scale and do for the most part. But there is no way anyone should be happy that Dolph Ziggler is larger than a guy like Hawk. Yet his last two Elites are more jacked than both Elite styled Hawk figures. I could see it if Mattel didn't have the parts to do the correct scales, but they do. Mattel had more parts choices in their first year that Jakks had in their whole RA/DA lines. So why not use them?

I could see it if Mattel didn't have the parts to do the correct scales, but they do. That's so petty. You'll spend over $125 buying 5 DM Stings to display around your house, including putting one on a desk that you admit you haven't sat at in a long time, but you won't display a Dolph Ziggler because his arms aren't scaled? Hawk didn't have huge arms, Rick Rude didn't have huge arms, you're confusing definition with size, or you base it on a photo of a wrestler during a maneuver or while flexing. You can list all you want in parenthesis, but usually its splitting hairs, especially for someone who has hundreds upon hundreds of non-scaled figures in their living room. I can see if someone like Hawk had Mattel's Earthquake legs and you complained about leg scaling, but really, look at the promo pictures of Rude and the photo of him on the back of the box and realize that the arm choice is pretty fine. I've given up with this forum. @bootxparty keep it going for me.
