I'm not going to type up a long rant. But I have been watching wrestling for about 35 years. I've been talking to people online about wrestling for about 20 years. I'm not joking when I say that the WWE is the least entertaining right now than it has been during that entire time. Not only that, this is the first time I have ever seen just about everyone online in agreement about how crappy it is. It's mind blowing how bad the state of WWE is right now. It's even more frustrating because there is a ton of talent signed. They just don't know what the to do with it. I'm inclined to agree with this. I know it sounds hyperbolic to say "it's the worst it's ever been", but I'm starting to believe it to be true, at least relative to the potential the show has to be great. Injuries notwithstanding, there is no excuse for the product being as bad as it is. Strip away all the 50/50 mid-card mumbo jumbo, and you've got a roster that should be breeding an intriguing, exciting, and fruitful product. We know it has the potential to be that way, because the wrestling has been damn solid all year long. It's funny, for priding itself in being a sports entertainment company, not a wrestling company, wrestling is just about the only thing they've gotten right this year. Unfortunately, storytelling is almost as essential as the in-ring action itself, and the storytelling is at absolute rock bottom. Injuries suck. And injuries single handily ruined Survivor Series 2015. But isnt what goes on TV, better yet, isnt RAW what they should put most focus into? For a show once a week I cant believe how often they apparently re-write the script on it. Rollins got hurt November the 4th, over a month ago. We are heading into the following PPV and everything is an absolute disaster. There is no reason to come up with ONE storyline or base for a show and then constantly re-write it. You can tell how on the fly some things are currently. They cant take a Wednesday to come up with 10 different well drawn up directions for the show and then go back and forth on which to go with? I mean literally everything just looks like they're throwing against the wall to see what sticks.

I watched the crapty Redskins Vs Cowboys game in its entirety. It was a snooze fest throughout. I clicked over to RAW during the main event segment because of commercial and it was disenchanting.
It was painful to watch. Drawn out. Little real emotions shining through. It's sad..

WWE has hit the shhhhhhhh. That's why I just watch NXT They need a whole new batch of good writers and HHH needs to be in charge of WWE since he does amazing with NXT. Look at the fans that's who's paying the money WWE... I will admit, even NXT has also been in a recent slump. It is better than the main product, but not by much. The only thing that keeps me watching NXT is Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder, Chad Gable and Jason Jordan, and even Emma and Dana. With Itami and Zayn (not for long) injured, and that Tyler Breeze, Charlotte, Becky, and Sasha have gotten called up, the interest and lack of star power has dipped. I enjoy Finn Bálor, but he has been booked as a weak (and even boring) champion. I'm looking forward to seeing Joe vs. Bálor at London, though. I intend it to be a hard hitting match. They'll pick up steam again once Itami and Zayn return, but time will tell. Maybe I'm the only one who thinks that?

Just as much as the main roster. It's crazy to think that at one point, the roster had Sami Zayn, Hideo Itami, Kevin Owens, Neville, Charlotte, Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch. There isn't a whole lot to keep me interested at the moment, and I've truthfully been skipping the weekly show. I like Balor, Joe, Emma, Gable and Jordan, but that's just about it. I'm still looking forward to TakeOver: London, though, and expect it to be a solid show.

It's also that they're pushing who they want at the expense of the people the fans want. Yep. Vince would rather make 10$ on Reigns because he's "his guy" than millions on someone like Ambrose for example. i don't know if I've ever read a more truthful statement

Been watching over 20 years; will always be a nerd level wrestling fanatic. The current product is in easily the most disconnected, unfocused and scary states it has ever been in; which seems to be obvious to all of u and many others.
In trying to pander to sponsers, current PC standards and shorter attention spans, the decisions involving the most important thing in the business, the CREATIVE, are made for all of the wrong reasons and completely fly in the face of any organic growth or natural fan response. Imagine if they ignored the growing cheers of stone cold in 97 and instead tried to push Rocky Miavia before he ever had a chance to truly get over. History would be different and likely, for WWE, a lot less successful. Listening to fans has been crucial in making the wwf/e what it is flr the last few decades and they are choosing to now go almost directly, suicidally against it.
It seems like vince only gives into getting real serious and innovative when his back is against the wall and right now it isnt like 97 when he thought he would lose it all. The sponser money keeps this sh-t going, basically. With the amazing roster they have they would need to shrink the creative team and keep the creative more consistent and disjointed and really listen to the fans and they could mwybe be taking over the world right now. People leaving before the last seg says something. Hoping for a turnaround

On the subject of things being a mess, there's something in particular that has been bothering me lately that most people seem to overlook, and it's a little thing, but it represents a larger problem. Where is John Cena? I don't mean literally. Of course, we know he's on break filming a reality show. But what about in the context of WWE television? Where is he? Why didn't he want a rematch with Alberto Del Rio? Why did he, for the first time in his career, tuck his tail between his legs and go home? Is he injured? Did he quit? What? Perhaps most importantly, why didn't he want to be in the title tournament? Why didn't he demand it? This is a 15 time champion on his quest for a 16th with a perfectly ripe opportunity to take it. Why didn't he call the authority and demand to be in the tournament? Of course, all of these questions are explained away with a simple passing mention on commentary, "John Cena has chosen to take some personal time and he'll be back soon." Hell, even a simple pre-recorded message from Cena would've sufficed. Instead, they just pretend he doesn't exist until he magically shows up in a couple of weeks. It's so stupid. They just can't decide whether to be transparent or blindly guarded. It's okay for Stephanie McMahon to completely break character on a weekly basis during the show with a charity package, but it's not okay to just tell us that John Cena is on a much deserved, much needed vacation after ten plus years of non-stop dedication and hard work. It makes absolutely no sense.

I took a new survey last night. They wanted to know what kind of chips do I eat and what kind of sneakers I prefer. So yeah... expect big changes thanks to me.

It makes absolutely no sense. Its where wrestling is now. Everyone knows when somebody is hurt. They dont write them off. Rollins and Cesaro werent written off, they are just not featured. I mean its stupid and lazy. Orton was sorta written off but they never mentioned him again. They want you 'forget' about these guys so when they do come back you were not expecting it. Surprisingly, Ambrose was written off to film his movie which was kinda cool. I think what ruined this whole Cena/HIAC thing was that everybody knew Cena was leaving beforehand. Beating Cena clean should have been way bigger of a deal than made out to be.

IMO, 2015 is the second worst year of wrestling after 2007. Everything sucks right now-the in-ring matches, the storylines, the ratings. Mondays is the busiest day of work for me but I would always have Raw to look forward to after work. Now sitting through 3 hours of Raw is becoming a chore itself.

Such a shame too because it had potential to be one of the greatest years. Rollins cash in and reign, Owens debut, Cesaro, New Day, Sasha/Becky/Charlotte, Cena's US open challenges and a lot more.
