My Ringside Exclusive Stone Cold Steve Austin has been in storage and there are some marks to his face which will just not remove, they are quite ingrained in the plastic. I think it has been pressed against another figure with a black cloth shirt and it has stained quite deeply over time.
Are there any other Austin figures that use the same scan as the RSE figure, as a head swap is the only way forward I think.
Cheers

That scan hasn't been used for any other figure yet.

It's unique and in my opinion one of the best scans ever

Cheers guys.
Theres been a few Austins out in the past 1-2 years and couldn't recollect if any had the RSE scan.
Might have to hunt down a loose RSE Austin on ebay for a headswap, but its gonna be an expensive swap.
Out of all my figures that had to be the one to get messed up.

I've never seen the scans, but the Ringside figure headsculpt hasn't been reused yet. I was hoping the DM would have it. Although it has been pretty much five years since his last ring gear elite figure at retail so I'm okay with it. Just not sure if I'll get it. The vest is the only new thing.

Try acetone. Sharpie leaked out onto my RSC face and i got literally all of it off with nail polish remover.

Do you reckon nail polish remover will shift it?

I've cleaned up numerous such marks recently with my missus nail polish remover on a cotton bud. Tiny tiny amount, then wipe it off with a cloth

Much safer to use zit cream and leave in sun. Those other products very easily melt plastic if not used carefully.

Ouch, that looks horrible, right on the face too. Yeah, I don't see anything cleaning that, the plastic is damaged.

I've got the figure myself and always wondered why it doesn't have eyebrows.

What about trying to match the flesh tone and lightly paint over the marks? It wouldn't be perfect but could be way less obvious.

I bought that figure just for the head scan. Don't regret it either.

I love that headscan, and the red on the vest, and the smoking skull belt, and the figure in general.
